You could see they really care about their customers/patients. Even as my referring physician made an error on the orders, your team went above and beyond to follow up with an additional appointment and phone calls to that medical practice to get the error sorted. During each visit, the team at CCMSU Medical Imaging never ceased to amaze me with their talent and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, struggling through my physical pain, I was greeted with a smile and kindness from each front desk person to your medical staff, the entire experience was amazing. There are no words to thank them enough for all the kindnesses shown.

When I got to this specialist from suite 800 they claimed never got or have access to my x-rays and asked me to redo it at this place (this was supposed to be just an initial consultation!). I saw 3 front desk people not too busy working there but they let me wait in the line. The person I talked to was pretty rude. I was instantly taken back to 40 years ago Romania. I haven't had an ultrasound in decades. My doctor asked that I call Alton Towers X-ray and Ultrasound. This place beat me to it. A female staff member got my doctor's requisition and called me to set up an appointment, which I appreciated. The woman on the phone was terrific. I asked for a 10 am appointment. I'm thinking that I should have made it earlier, but it was fine. She left it up to me in such a casual, professional way. She let me know how to prepare for my appointment. It included fasting for at least twelve hours, drinking a glass of water before dropping by, and coming five to ten minutes early. This procedure was coming back to me. She asked if I wanted a text message a day before my appointment to conform my presence. I said yes. It worked like a charm. This place is located at Alton Towers in a medical building, steps away from Sung Ji Chang Fun. Had my appointment been later, I could have broken my fast by ordering breakfast from here! The x-ray and ultrasound place is on the second floor. I had to take the elevator up, which was a bit foreign for me during this pandemic. Hand sanitizer dispensers are in front of the elevator doors on both the main and second floors. This building has three floors, so I assume that it's consistent on all of them. I walked in. I like when doors are open and you don't need to touch them. The waiting room looked small, but it was clean. I met the nice woman whom I spoke with on the phone. She was equally as nice in person. I said my name. She looked at my health card. She then asked me to have a seat. My appointment was roughly ten minutes later than the start time. It wasn't bad. When it was my turn, I was led to a change area. Paper gowns are so much fun! I put mine on and the sonographer called my name. I was then led into a room to have my ultrasound done. It took thirty minutes. It was kind of nice taking breaths and holding them for certain images. I felt relaxed for most of my ultrasound It sure beats work! I also felt like dough being kneaded with the device that she had. I had gel slathered on me. Fun! When it was over, I got to clean myself up, change, and head home. Both the receptionist and sonographer were nice and competent. I had a decent experience. I liked how reassuring they were about what steps were about to happen. I don't recommend coming here often, but if you do need an ultrasound, this place is perfect. (108)

I had been in hospital for an extended period and was sent to the Copper Creek location to have an ultrasound of my veins due to pain. the technician immediately located blood clots, had me wait while the radiologist read them and they sent me to the Emergency department. The front line ladies (Ana and Jo) are absolutely fantastic receptionists that take their job seriously. They don't simply book you in for appointments. They truly go out of their way to help you and accommodate your needs. I was in a situation where I needed a ultrasound on a specific day and obviously it had to be on a Saturday of a long weekend with no availability anywhere. Ana did everything she could to get me in for my ultrasound and was so understanding and friendly while helping a panicked and emotional me. On the day of my ultrasound (which required a full bladder), the appointments were running late but Jo called me to let me know they were running behind and to control my water intake. Please tell me of another clinic that would do this!! ?? When I was at the clinic itself, I watched Jo call around to various clinics to try to get a walk in patient an urgent appointment for his father. She didn't need to do this. She simply could have told him she was booked up. She went beyond the scope of just her job description. She cared! These ladies make the clinic what it is. I hope the clinic sees what amazing gems these two ladies are. I would go back only because I know I'm in good hands with Ana and Jo.

The facilities were clean and welcoming.. they have a lovely bathroom! The technician made me feel very comfortable in the space and gave me straightforward directions. My doctor had written down confusing directions for which kind of ultrasound I needed and the tech managed to fit two different kinds into my appointment last minute. Will definitely go back if I ever need an ultrasound or X-ray again!

The wait time isn't that long and I was able to see the technician in 20 mins for my ultrasound. Farah, my technician was very nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and even let me take a video of the ultrasound for my husband since they only allow one person at a time because of Covid.
