I haven't had an ultrasound in decades. My doctor asked that I call Alton Towers X-ray and Ultrasound. This place beat me to it. A female staff member got my doctor's requisition and called me to set up an appointment, which I appreciated. The woman on the phone was terrific. I asked for a 10 am appointment. I'm thinking that I should have made it earlier, but it was fine. She left it up to me in such a casual, professional way. She let me know how to prepare for my appointment. It included fasting for at least twelve hours, drinking a glass of water before dropping by, and coming five to ten minutes early. This procedure was coming back to me. She asked if I wanted a text message a day before my appointment to conform my presence. I said yes. It worked like a charm. This place is located at Alton Towers in a medical building, steps away from Sung Ji Chang Fun. Had my appointment been later, I could have broken my fast by ordering breakfast from here! The x-ray and ultrasound place is on the second floor. I had to take the elevator up, which was a bit foreign for me during this pandemic. Hand sanitizer dispensers are in front of the elevator doors on both the main and second floors. This building has three floors, so I assume that it's consistent on all of them. I walked in. I like when doors are open and you don't need to touch them. The waiting room looked small, but it was clean. I met the nice woman whom I spoke with on the phone. She was equally as nice in person. I said my name. She looked at my health card. She then asked me to have a seat. My appointment was roughly ten minutes later than the start time. It wasn't bad. When it was my turn, I was led to a change area. Paper gowns are so much fun! I put mine on and the sonographer called my name. I was then led into a room to have my ultrasound done. It took thirty minutes. It was kind of nice taking breaths and holding them for certain images. I felt relaxed for most of my ultrasound It sure beats work! I also felt like dough being kneaded with the device that she had. I had gel slathered on me. Fun! When it was over, I got to clean myself up, change, and head home. Both the receptionist and sonographer were nice and competent. I had a decent experience. I liked how reassuring they were about what steps were about to happen. I don't recommend coming here often, but if you do need an ultrasound, this place is perfect. (108)

I had been in hospital for an extended period and was sent to the Copper Creek location to have an ultrasound of my veins due to pain. the technician immediately located blood clots, had me wait while the radiologist read them and they sent me to the Emergency department. They are all caring individuals and it is a pleasure to go there.

Even though there were several patients in the waiting room, I was able to check in right away. I had barely sat down when my name was called. Ten minutes later, I was out the door. Done. That's how long my entire visit took, including at least four x-ray images. This was a very efficient visit, not rushed. The two people I interacted with, the receptionist and technician, were both very friendly, and obviously fast.

I didn't mind the location, and was surprised at how efficient the process was! The staff was professional and courteous, and the technicians were knowledgeable, very patient, and gentle. The results were sent quickly to my doctor. Parking is also free since it's in a small plaza uptown!

All I needed was a copy of my X-ray and their response was who is your doctor and doesn't he have a copy. What does that matter?! There was only myself and another gentleman waiting. Why are we waiting. There were two staff in the office batting about lunch. Legally I have a right to my results and a copy is required for my specialist referral. This is my third visit to this clinic and I was disappointed each time. This is my last time coming to this clinic. I've given them enough chances. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.

You could see they really care about their customers/patients. Even as my referring physician made an error on the orders, your team went above and beyond to follow up with an additional appointment and phone calls to that medical practice to get the error sorted. During each visit, the team at CCMSU Medical Imaging never ceased to amaze me with their talent and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, struggling through my physical pain, I was greeted with a smile and kindness from each front desk person to your medical staff, the entire experience was amazing. When I got to this specialist from suite 800 they claimed never got or have access to my x-rays and asked me to redo it at this place (this was supposed to be just an initial consultation!). I saw 3 front desk people not too busy working there but they let me wait in the line. The person I talked to was pretty rude. I was instantly taken back to 40 years ago Romania. Today in Canada you are treated as meat just like in Romania back then. Only the methods are different, no worries the government will pay. Free healthcare, what a joke

They are open when other after hours are not. Then parking is reimbursed. The wait time vairies; sometimes lucky to be the only one and other times super busy.
