Everything I had was super old and needed replacing. I went with top of the line everything. In a matter of hours him and his team took everything down and replaced the door, frame rails, motor, sensors, outdoor control unit, weather-strips, spring etc. The new system is super quiet, door closes without gaps and overall just works as expected.
