Why would any decent doctor allow a patient to suffer needlessly in pain????? I called and tried to make an appointment with Dr. Rayos, but was told that since I was absent so long I would need to visit as a new patient and that she was not currently seeing new patients, so I made an appointment to see a new doctor at the office, Dr. Garcia. He's great, very calming manner, but the office has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. Dr. Garcia ordered a test for me in July, and I had it done the next week. It then was six weeks of calling the office on a regular basis before I finally got to speak to Dr. Garcia about the test results (and again, this is on a call I placed to the office - they never called me.) He was apologetic and explained that I was supposed to have another test ordered which I did find out was true. However, his office never communicated this to me. I did get the second test scheduled, but when I showed up, the office had never sent over the paperwork to have the test done. The imaging department was not able to get this paperwork from the office, resulting in me having to reschedule my appointment and go back to the office to get the test order on paper (because I didn't trust them to not screw it up.) I finally had the second test done a little over two weeks ago, and still have zero communication from the office on what Dr. Garcia sees in the results. I am currently looking for a new doctor's office in the meantime.

Every interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Her behavior made it very difficult to communicate or feel respected as a patient. My appointments were canceled multiple times since 2025, preventing me from receiving proper care. After fixing an insurance issue (which was already corrected), I was finally scheduled for April 6. Then, to my surprise, I received a call saying they are no longer accepting me as a patient--without any clear explanation. This experience reflects: * Poor communication * Repeated cancellations * Disrespectful front desk behavior * Lack of access to the actual doctor Overall, I felt dismissed and mistreated. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and continuity of care, and unfortunately, this office did not provide that.
