My transport was 4 that's FOUR hours late while I waited in a hospital with a broken hip. The Head Nurse called them repeatedly and was given every excuse you can imagine. When they FINALLY arrived I was told by their " EMT's" that I was NEVER put in their schedule and they were headed to pick someone else up until their Supervisor called them to respond to my transport. Also, please be aware you are allowed only 1 bag of your personal belongings during Transport and if you are leaving a Hospital and have some of your OWN medicine that was held by hospital pharmacy you are NOT allowed to have it on you whether it is a Life saving medicine.
