Anne was so accommodating working with me even though I knew she had so many other clients with big projects on her plate. As time went on our original countertop installer completely dropped the ball regarding the kitchen for both houses. Never ordered the quartz and never communicated the debacle to us. After many inquiries I found out that our colour choice had been discontinued. These were 2 custom homes. I reached out to Jason and Anne from Olympic they dove right in and saved the day, not without a ton of legwork, follow-up and extra effort to find the last two slabs in the US of the one quartz colour from the original order. The other order, let's just say, they are miracle workers. But it gets even better.... Original installer told me I needed more than the 2 slabs to do our kitchen and master bath, BUT Jason came out and cleverly templated our site. The countertops have a design that connotes a rhythm to it and their technicians (artists) cut the tops and waterfalls as to not interrupt its intent. From top to bottom this is a business that you will want to work with. You can see that everyone appears to enjoy their job and their clients. Refreshing in today's world.
