Unfortunately I got bit 2 times today for whatever reason they couldn't find blood. Also felt my hematologist could've been a little more animated as opposed to being a zombie today on top of her apparently letting the less experienced person try to draw blood for me. I have come across good hematologists in the past at other Quest unfortunately though not here, won't return.

Woe is I for being diabetic and having to get blood drawn on a regular basis…read more Quest is one of the largest lab operations in the country, and most of my experiences have been OK, even in this particular location. However, there was one occasion here when they couldn't find a doctor's order, so I left and went back home only to find out that the dude looking things up really didn't know what he was doing. (They called me back and said "Our bad," without seeming to give a rat's furry behind about my time and travel.) More recently, the phlebotomist drew my blood and wished me a wonderful day. The next day, I was informed that my blood "coagulated" and that I would need to return for another draw. I call bull. Though I went back and let them draw again, which was also a painless experience, I let them know that blood doesn't just coagulate in a vile. Not mine at least. (It didn't "coagulate on the second draw.) The truth is, someone mislabeled or mishandled my lab specimens. Why not just admit the mistake? There are other Quest locations around here, and I have and will continue to avoid this one.

Principal Health Systems parking in "Handicap Parking " Even though the Employee parking the car…read morewas not Handicapped nor displayed any Handicap Placard or Handicap Parking Tag. I spoke to the Employee. She said she had to because she couldn't find any other spaces!! Wrong, this is a Senior Living Facility. Just about every person in here is Handicapped or Disabled. These spaces are for those people not Service Workers who are in a hurry. What's even worse is I called the Company to let them know what Staff that is representing them are doing. Cricket, not one word. No one has called me back nor was available to take the call. I can only assume that "Principle Health Systems" really have NO Principles at all.

I do recommend you get an appointment because it gets you in and out. I was called close to my scheduled time however I was told to go to another room because apparently a lady who I assume was a walk in had a problem with me going before her. She screamed out loud to the hematologist "I have been waiting!!" "Why is he going before me?" LOL I felt awkward about this and let it be. So I waited around 10 minutes and the hematologist called me in for that blood draw. Unfortunately she did not know how to draw blood because I got stuck 2 times with no blood drawn. She had to get a more experienced person and he was able to get it done on the first try. Thank goodness for him. Sadly I do not recommend coming here and I will definitely not be back here in the future.

The 1st vampire didn't even try to draw any blood. It was too difficult. She got a Danielle who must be the chief vampire because she got 3 tubes with only 1 pic. Yeah, if must give blood I wouldn't go anywhere else. Face covering is required and you can wait in their very clean waiting room or in your vehicle. It was quick and I made an online appointment. Now to go eat a dozen donuts!!!

There was a room full of people but the monitor shows the order of appointments. I waited less than 5 minutes . The young man that took my blood was kind and quick, it did not hurt at all. My appointment time was 8:30 am and I was out of there by 8:40.
