Eden was able to discuss the project in broad strokes via text first, and didn't insist on a face to face meeting. (I really appreciated this because it saves everyone a lot of time.) Once we aligned on the general direction Eden came out for measurements and prepared a final quote. He and Koby (sp?) suggested a really beautiful door and we ordered it on the spot. Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! It surpassed my expectations. They mounted 3 tv's for me in a couple hours. Definitely worth every penny if you're on the fence about hiring professionals versus doing it yourself. Jimmy was a man of his word... the price he quoted me, was the price I paid. No switch & bait tactics that u hear about in reviews from other vendors. I'll post the 3 tv's they did for me. The living room TV was a 77 inch tv with mount & wiring the cables through the walls so it looks clean. The other TV's were for my garage & home office.
