This wash is the worst wash I have ever been to. Years ago, they were great, but now it's terrible. I gave them a shot after a couple years of not using them and wound up with scratched paint and a snapped antenna( which had survived many other area washes). Don't know what all the fuss is about this is a quality car wash never had a problem.

I came to get my jeep done after a long hiatus and the service is not what it used to be. The car was not cleaned properly, dirty cup holders, dashboard and side windows. Very disappointed. Prices went up but quality went down. read more

Just got a car detail from this place and my car looks brand new now. I have a dog and the car gets quite dirty, plus dog fur is impossible for me to get out. But the fur in my car met its match today at Fastlane. Just checked out their Yelp reviews and my experience was far better than it was reviewed in the past. I recommend trying this place out for yourselves and ignore the reviews from 2-3 years ago. Check this place out. Much better than going to Dons on 13th. read more

As a business opener myself, I am utterly disappointed in the management within this facility. It is ran by children who don't know how to give PROPER customer service. I waited at the window for approximately 5 minutes to get a wash for my truck while the cashier (Savannah) was ignoring us while on her phone. After getting my wash I purchased an interior as well and requested to have it done by a specific person. As we are waiting in the lobby the supervisor (Tayia) who was on schedule was on her phone, not doing her job and being extremely unprofessional in front of not only us but other customers. The only thing I'd give a five star is the young man who did my interior (JP). This business needs to find different management or a different supervisor because it is simply unacceptable. read more

Went to fast Lane today, been there before and enjoyed the service, used to be you got a car wash and you could get the interior done for an extra 15$ . I went today and got my car wash and asked for the interior and today it was 35$ , quite the hike, I understand inflation and everything else so I was okay with it because I know they used to do a good job. Took about 35 minutes just to get in to get the interior done, one lane was very fast and getting cars through quickly, the other Lane was holding up the show , of course we got the slow lane. Took them about 20-25 minutes to do the absolute worse job on the inside of a car I have seen as long as I can remember , misses half the dirt on the floor, half wiped the doors down half didn't, got spray all over the windshield. It quite honestly looked worse then before I went in there. For 35$ and the terrible job they did I'd rather have my friends newborn child attempt to clean it before I went back to this place. read more

There was a lot of soap residue left on the car. I'm not sure if it was due to the car wash itself or the person wiping down the car after I exited the wash but it was very disappointing for $16. read more

Awful service. Cashier was very rude, and condescending. I was charged an additional ten dollars for "excessive mud" when my vehicle was only a little dusty, and at the end, my vehicle did not come out clean. The sides were left streaky. Overall it was easily the worst car wash I have ever experienced. read more

Simply awful. I would give this place "0" stars if I could. I had my car washed and the interior cleaned. The staff was rude and slow; it took 1 hour to get my car "cleaned." The employees also rifled through closed compartments in my vehicle. An hour in, I told the staff I needed to leave and received attitude. $35, 1 hour, and poorly cleaned. read more
