It looked great until it dried the next morning, quite a few hardwater spots. I went back to Northstar and talked to the mgr on duty. They were very busy and couldn't get me in right away. First it ripped off my caps for my luggage rack which wasn't an aftermarket add-on. I told them about it right away and they said they were going to get the manager to call me a fix it. Never happened. Then it bent my license plate and I bent it back and told them again. Still no reply. Then it made a rub mark on the back of my hatch. They don't take care of the customer and they lie right to your face of saying the manager will call u. I even tried to stop in to talk to the manager since they said he don't do weekends but I think he was there but didn't want to deal with me. If you love your vehicle don't go here to wash it.
