Find another car wash! Horrible customer service. The only thing that surprised mm when I saw the 2 star rating was why it was not lower. I was in town doing some consulting work and paid $28 for the "best" car wash for my black Mercedes. It was getting dark and I left the car wash to go home. The next day as I was getting into my car, I noticed a large area of the hood that the brushes missed as well as some other areas that did not get clean. I stopped by the next day after leaving the office and was denied a re-wash. They said I need to get out of my car to inspect before I leave their property or they would not stand by the quality of that car wash. Because I was from out of town I paid for a one time wash instead of a monthly subscription. As a consultant, I was about to recommend a place for the company to send their entire fleet of new pickups. It will not be Tommy's. Stay away! read more

I ran my truck through the Fargo 32nd St. wash and when I got home, I noticed streaks down the drivers side that never got touched. Passengers side looked good. Sent 2 emails and never heard back or received credit. I do not recommend this wash to anyone. read more

Do you have a lot of bugs on the front grill, hood, windshield and side mirrors on your vehicle? If so, Tommy's Express Car Wash is not the place to go. They state they no longer pre-spray or brush scrub customers' cars prior to going through the automated system, due to prior damage to cars blamed on the pre-wash brushing. The majority of car washes these days employ personnel to address stubborn dirt and insects before going through the car wash. Tommy should figure out how to do this. They did allow me to send my car through a second time. It was the exact same result. read more

Decent enough basic exterior wash - car was plastered with bugs from a long road trip and it got 95% of them off. I think if the staff spraying the front of the car would have just tried a few seconds longer it would have been perfect (no one in line behind me). Drying was pretty decent. Liked that they have free vacuums. read more

i really like the convenience of Tommy's, but the wash itself is average. My complaint stems from a malfunction in the wash Thursday Nov. 3rd when the exit door did not open at the end of the wash, pushing my vehicle part way through the closed door. I was stuck in the car wash for 45 minutes, and had to help the two employees to fix the door. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours, but nothing yet. read more

Came to this wash after calling and asking if lowered cars can go threw this wash and I was told by the employee on the phone that I was able to run a lowered car threw it. WRONG!!!! I got to the end where the cars get dried and I high centered and got stuck, i honked my horn multiple times hoping someone would see what was going on and stop the wash but that did not happen and the truck behind me kept coming and rammed the back of my car and it pushed me over what I was stuck on and the back of my car was badly damaged, the employee that was working there told me his manager would call me after he got my information which the manager never did so I called and he told me he would review the video and call me back, which also never happened so I called the next day in the afternoon and he is trying to tell me that apparently in the video he seen my car in reverse and the the story changed to that I had it in park and let the truck hit me, and when I asked for him to send me the video he told me that wasn't gonna happen and when I ask why he said he couldn't and was going to apparently talk to the owner about it. I can't say much for the other branches but the one on 32nd here fargo are nothing but liars so don't believe anything they tell you. Worst carwash I have ever been to. I bough the $18.00 wash, and they hardly sprayed the one side, and didn't spray the other one at all. They side they didn't spray all it did was mark up my vehicle because of the dirt getting moved around. Not worth paying $18 for a carwash that doesn't even get the vehicle clean.. My new favorite place to get a car wash. Upon entering the wash bay your car gets a good rinse and then you drive on to a conveyor belt. Throw your car in neutral and in just a few minutes of foams, sprays, and brushes your car is sparkly. At the end there are massive dryers that quickly do their job. I noticed two employees; the cashier (who was super friendly) and the guy directing you into the wash bay. There are several large vacuum stations for your use AT NO CHARGE. The thing I found most impressive was how quickly you go through that car wash tunnel. As we drove off towards our next destination we passed one of those touch free car washes that are common next to gas stations. There was a long line of cars waiting for their turn and I couldn't help but think "these people need to learn about Custom Express Car Wash"! read more

Vacuums were screechy and they sucked-but not in the good way. $3 detailing kit was 2 wet wipes and 2 little air fresheners. Nice that they were running a promotion for a free "works" wash but probably won't be going back to Tommy's. read more

Great service drive through car wash. This place did a great job on my car after all the winter grime and guck was stuck on. When finished they have vacuum stations with hoses on each side of car for easy access plus garbage receptacles for your built up refuse. read more

Feel like I should write this for the guy ahead of me at the car wash. The car wash completely shattered his passenger mirror. It busted up the plastic on it and was left hanging there. My passenger mirror was flipped forward but is slightly newer than his vehicle so the mirror swivels, if it didn't mine would have been broken off as well. I visited this car wash on 2/8/2021. In process of get my truck washed there, my passenger mirror glass was taken off and then damaged and cracked. When I spoke to the manager she told me that the mirror was not installed properly and just fell off after 4 years (truck is a 2017) of never having an issue and will not be held responsible for any of the damages. I feel this is a terrible customer service/ very unprofessional. read more

I should have read more reviews about this place before I started getting my car washed here. I had the exact same experience as many other bad reviews I've read. I got several scratches on the hood and both sides of my car from this wash but of course they say none of them are consistent with damage that could happen from their car wash. This is the answer I was expecting after reading so many other bad reviews. I was told by a manager those scratches could happen from just leaning on your car. So they could happen from just leaning against your car but there's no way they could happen from their wash? That makes a lot of sense. I haven't had this car long and it was in amazing condition when I bought it a couple months ago. Now it's covered in scratches after getting my car washed here which is a huge bummer. I guess I learned my lesson to never use a car wash unless it's touch free or at least has an attendant that sprays your car down first! I'd highly recommend avoiding this place unless you don't care if your car gets damaged. read more

Terrible experience. The wash was super busy and they were rushing cars through, leaving very little space between vehicles. I have been through this car wash several times and it seemed like due to demand they sped up the tracks, it was going very fast. At the end of the wash there were jerking motions moving the cars along the track witch caused our car to roll forward and hit the bumper of the car in front of us. The car wash staff tried telling us that we put the car in drive, which is absolutely not true. Our car was in neutral the entire time. Poor customer services and work practices, leading to unsafe and and damaging outcomes. Will never come here again. read more

I loved this place when it first opened and it has gone down hill ever since. I got the most expensive car wash which I always do and I got home and there was spots all over my car and windows. I called to tell them and all she said was nobody else had a problem. I would have been fine with them offering to give me one no charge. I will not go back there. read more

$15 for a 45 second wash. No wipe downs, barely sprayed the vehicle while entering and a 15 sec dry time. Car was still dirty. Trust me. Save your money and go through a gas station wash. It's better quality and half the price. read more
