Have them stand near the door or something. The staff need to be vigilant too. Walk up to customers and greet them. Ask if they need help as a way to deter shop lifting. It's like saying, "I see you." Tonight, one employee on register, another on the floor, and I assume one stocking coolers, because she came out later. I was wondering why a woman wearing a hoody, letting everyone cut in line was doing. There was a stack of bentos on the side counter in front of her. No one wondered why she just stood there?? She walked with everything and ran to a car parked across the street. Then, a male walked in with a shopping bag, then came out without standing in line. He took out a bento from the bag!
