As a business traveler, having a constant for parking and knowing the time to plan has been everything, especially during the gov shutdown This last time, 2 - 4 vans passed us by, without stopping and with less than 4 folks on board, to leave for the airport while we waited in the actual freezing cold weather. There were additional that never even came down to the truck parking area where more than 4 of us had parked and were waiting in a group to be picked up It took longer than 30 minutes after parking to get a van 4 telephone calls to the gate And a directive to stand outside or you don't get picked up The gentleman driving the van was kind and respectful. Not terribly expensive and certainly convenient. We made a reservation online following a recommendation by a friend. It was simple and finding the place was easy. Getting the car all settled in before we hopped on the shuttle to the airport was quick and easy and the shuttle leaves and returns regularly and frequently. When we returned, finding the return shuttle was quick and easy, the drivers were always helpful with our luggage. I would absolutely use this business again when traveling and needing to park my car somewhere safe during my trip. read more

An old coworker recommended FastPark & Relax several years ago and my husband and I have used them so many times since! The staff are very friendly and the process is always so seamless. You register ahead of time and pay online. You scan in and out via your membership QR code. A shuttle takes you to the airport. I have only had to wait for a shuttle for more than 5 min one time in all of my years using FastPark & Relax. The shuttle drivers always help with your luggage and ask you if you have your phone charger, wallet, ID, and passport before they drive away from your car. Highly recommend! read more

Fast Park worked perfectly for our family for an early morning flight out of CVG on a Tuesday. You pull up to the gate, they tell you where to park, you park there, and within a minute a shuttle bus pulls up to take you to the airport. They give you a card with your parking spot on it so you don't forget. You pay when you exit. Easy as that. The driver even has a QR to scan on the back window so you can leave them a tip. Our driver, Greg, couldn't have been better. He was super kind and helpful with our luggage. read more

I've used Fast Park for my parking needs at CVG since moving here a few years ago. It is pretty much the same concept as The Parking Spot which I used to use when living in Atlanta. I find it easy to get in and get out. They are usually very quick at the initial pickup when you arrive to drop off at the airport. The only times I've had some delays are on the late flight arrivals. No complaints from me and a solid service/business for your airport parking needs. read more

I've been using AFP for years, but for some reason I had never signed up for their loyalty program. Knowing that my wife and I would be leaving our car there for nearly two weeks, I signed up. I went on line, made a reservation, we arrived at the lot on departure day and everything worked just fine. Fast forward to the end of our trip. Our flight got in around midnight, and after collecting our luggage we headed to the location outside to get the shuttle. It was pretty cold, so we were happy to see the shuttle was there and people were getting on, and so we hurried ourselves along. All that changed when we walked up next to the bus and the obnoxious driver pointed to us and screamed, "YOU and YOU will HAVE to wait." So the bus was full, I get it; but don't point your finger at my wife and I and talk to us like you're telling your dog to get off the couch. He shut the door and pulled off. We waited about ten minutes for the next shuttle to arrive, and when the guy got out to help with the luggage I said, "I hope you're a lot nicer than the last guy." He joked and said that he was the nicest guy in the world, and asked what happened. So I told him. He apologized and we found our seats. After we got back to the lot and into our car we headed to the pay booths. Since it had been my first time making a reservation on line, I wasn't sure how it worked since I didn't have a ticket. I pulled up the QR code on my phone and saw there was a lady sitting in one of the booths, so I went to that one. When she saw us she rolled her eyes, got up and came to the window. I said hello, showed her the QR code, and said that I wasn't sure how it worked. Without saying a word she grabbed my phone, scanned the QR code, handed me the phone back, and then said "one twenty-six." I gave her my credit card, she processed it, handed it back with the receipt and turned away. Not a "thank you", "have a good night", "go to hell", or even a smile. Nothing. It's not our fault these rude people hate their job....there are plenty of jobs out there; if you're not happy, get off your duff and get a different one. Being in the travel industry for 32 years, and living in the Cincinnati area my entire life, I've recommended AFP at CVG to literally thousands of people. My company, AAA, actually offers a discount at AFP to our members. If this is how they're going to be treated I might need to rethink sending them there. read more

I flew on the busiest day of the year, the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The ValuPark shuttle had at least 30 people in line at 11:30 pm. FastPark had maybe 5 people in line. I was able to get on the FastPark bus right away. They only downside was the heat vent was directly on my legs and was very hot. The guy next to me also commented on the heat on his legs. The bus was full so I could not move until someone got off the bus. In checking out, I was having trouble getting the machine to scan my paper and a person came out to help me. read more

Parking lot for CVG airport. Easy & organized unlike the Columbus Airport. The attendant at the gate told us where to park & a shuttle followed us. Phil H. our driver came right over w/ a card that said our parking letter & number to find our car when we come back. He reminded us to take all electronics, valuables, phones & lock up. He helped w/ our luggage & asked what airlines. Super awesome & polite. We need you in Vegas & at every airport. read more

They do not have a handicapped accessible shuttle. However when calling to check ahead of time we were told they did. Then when the shuttle came to pick us up they didn't know what to do about it. Luckily I could get out & my husband lift it on to the bus. read more

We are mid to late 60's seniors who came back from a cruise in January and the driver was a woman with limited ability to lift luggage so we had to do it on our own. We found this place on yelp and booked a reservation when we were going on a cruise. It was the easiest, most convenient parking we've ever used. It was literally about a 2 minute drive from the hotel we stayed in the night before. We got there, gave them our booking, parked, and the shuttle took us a short ride to the airport. When we got back the process was just as easy. They had given us a card so they knew where in the lot to drop us back off and they took us straight to our car. Affordable. Convenient. Quick in - Quick Out. I will NEVER use CVG Valu-Park again!!! They have long lines and you will be the last to get to your car, 30-45 minutes after you leave the airport, b/c of all the other folks ahead of you!! One guy who was in the CVG Valu-Park line came to our bus b/c he didn't want to wait in their long line. FastPark was FAST, Close & Convenient, 5 minutes or less, both back and forth, from when I got on the bus. They will give you a bottle water when you leave and a daily paper when you arrive(FYI-You have to ask for them)AAA discount as well. read more

I selected FastPark because of all the bad reviews I saw for ValuPark and I was not disappointed. FastPark provides quick, convenient, and courteous service with pickup and drop off to your car. I did not have to wait long for pickup when I parked in the lot. They tell you where to park when you pull in the lot and the driver gives you a card with your parking spot listed on it. You give the driver the card on your return trip. If you think you will lose the card, then it's a good idea to take a pic of it. Be sure to call the number on the card for shuttle pick up if needed after midnight. I saw regular shuttles for ValuPark and ValueAir after midnight, but you must call FastPark for pickup during the late night hours. read more

When I said something another rider harassed me saying I must be a Biden supporter and am bankrupting the country. I have no idea how done guy thinks he knows not has any business with my political views When reported to James the GM, he blamed me. I am not a super anxious person, except when it comes to parking issues. So when it came time to figure out airport parking for an upcoming trip, I did a lot of research. I read through the Yelp reviews of FastPark & Relax and that is why I decided to give it a try when I was traveling last Christmas. All I can say is those reviewers did not steer me wrong and I heartily thank them for that. I drove up at stupid o'clock in the morning (almost 4am) on Christmas morning, and I was directed where to park. The shuttle followed me to my car, so there was actually negative waiting time in the freezing cold and light snow. Already super impressed at this point. The shuttle driver helped me with my bags, and I was at the airport before I could even finish looking at the feed on my phone. Talk about speedy and reliable! On the way home, there were a couple of shuttles waiting at the pick-up area. We were back to my car within a very short ride, and then the super friendly driver helped me load my bags into my car. The payment process at the end was super efficient. I think you have to create an account, login, and purchase to skip some kind of fee, so I had done that, and simply paid the price I was quoted and was on my way home. Aptly named business. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Ended up being way easier and probably cheaper than taking an Uber or Lyft. read more

I reviewed FP&R years ago to sing their praises but I want to submit another review now after last night's experience. My flight arrived 7 hours late on a holiday weekend and, apparently, several other flights arrived late too. I could have cried when I saw 200 people lined up at 1:15 AM waiting for a shuttle bus - until I realized that they were all waiting for the shuttle to the airport's own long-term parking lot - not FP&R's!!!! I crossed over to Zone 2 where FP&R picks up and there were only 5-6 of us waiting for a shuttle and we waited no more than 2-3 minutes. On the way to FP&R's lot we saw several people who had given up on the long-term shuttle and were walking to the long-term lot in the dark. I'll say it again: FP&R is my favorite part of travelling!! read more

I'm disappointed in your service. I've been a customer of yours for over 20+ years. I travel at least 6x a year and use your service each and every time. So I would say I'm a very loyal customer. I've noticed a decline in your customer service especially the people you hire in the booth. They are rude. The drivers are taking their time getting to the curb at the airport. Maybe you need to hire more drivers or get more vans. I just got in last week from out of town. I stood in 11 degrees waiting for your service to pick me up. It took 15-20 min!!!! I watched at least 3 CVG airport parking vans come and leave in that time I waited for your 1 van. You guys need to step it up with your drivers you hire and the other people you hire. Out of control. Do not park here if you have a Trump sticker on your car. In 4 months I had THREE separate dings on my car parking here. Coincidence? After switching to CVG parking in a year I have had ZERO dings or problems. These guys have at least one out of control Employee. read more

Started using FastPark after waiting in line too long for the cvg value park shuttle and seeing the FastPark bus just zip in and out. Service has been great, they have a good perks program, and the overall experience is just better. Their buses seem newer (nicer) than others (looking at you cvg). I travel a fair amount for work, so it's nice to get back to my car quickly. read more

We always use FastPark & Relax when we travel. The people are very service-oriented. The shuttle drivers are courteous and always help with your baggage....except today. That is why they lost a star for this review. The driver today wasn't even going to help me with my bag until I asked him to. He did not help me unload it either. This is highly unusual. I have NEVER had to ask a driver to help with my baggage. The person at the kiosk when you check in and leave is also always cheery and wonderful. Not today. She was crabby :o( read more

I have used FastPark twice recently, and I've been very happy with the quick service pick up & drop off. I used to use the place that seems closer to the airport, BUT since their service seemed slower I think FastPark is faster! The cashiers at checkout have been helpful & nice. Go for the bright green parking option! Fast Park and Relax is so convenient when you are flying out of CVG, and the employees are great across the board. It is convenient to get in and out of their parking lot. They are quick to send a shuttle to pick you up when you park. Last time I flew out, I happened to be running a little late, and the driver did everything he could to get me there quickly and tried help me make up some time. That was above and beyond, in my opinion! I enjoy that they offer bottled water on your way out. The pricing matches all the nearby competitors. And it is very nice to just take a right turn out of their parking lot and be on the road home. Thanks Fast Park and Relax. Edited to add: They will also brush snow off your car for you if it happened to snow while you were traveling. read more

This replaced the All Right lot. Same great service. It's nice to have a van pull up behind your car for a quick ride to the airport. Currently $6.50 per day. They give you a newspaper in the morning and bottle of water when you leave. For every 5-10 days you park you get a free day for future use. read more

I've been using this location to park at the airport since 1997, before it was Fast Park & Relax. I've never had a complaint with any of the management, and I love parking here when I have to travel. FastPark & Relax will pick you up at your vehicle, valet your bags to the van, drop you off at the terminal, and valet your bags to the curb. Parking here I've never missed a flight, never stressed, and never had to worry about getting to my vehicle after being away for a while. I usually travel for a few days to a week, but whether a few days, a week, or longer, it's nice to have some service before and after your travel. Unlike the airlines, which have gradually cut back over the years, FastPark & Relax tries to make your trip less unpleasant. Upon return to your vehicle, you are offered free water before you leave the lot - a nice benefit as you may not have brought a drink with you from the airport terminal. The best story I can say about FastPark & Relax is from shortly after the current management took over. I left town and was gone for almost 5 weeks straight. When I returned, the battery on my truck had died (but I didn't know that). The driver of my van waited with me by my vehicle until I got it started, and when the engine wouldn't turn over, he had someone bring out a battery jumper to get me going. After a few tries, we get the truck to turn over, and I was able to head home. No complaint from their employees, it was just business as usual - but for me, I felt like I had received first-class service. Although I've never used it, this facility does do minor car work while you're gone if you want. They can give your vehicle an oil change or other minor maintenance work (and maybe even more, I've never asked). They also have covered spaces (not sure what they cost), and I've never had damage or a theft, no matter the length of the trip. They even give you a card now so you don't have to remember what row you're in - especially nice after a long trip. Sure, there are other places. I've seen the Val Air signs, and the other facilities in the area. I've even used the airport long term parking (*gag*, it was annoying and terrible if raining). Although I've never stayed at the others, I've had problems with drivers from the facility across the street, and I wasn't even their customer. If I'm flying out of CVG, I'll be here. I love this facility, and they make me feel like a valued customer..... every.... single... time. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Super convenient! I loved not waiting for a shuttle. We got picked up immediately at our car. When we returned, there was a shuttle waiting at the terminal. The drivers were very friendly and helped with luggage. The provided water was an added bonus especially after we had to toss the water we'd purchased at our departure airport before going through customs here at CVG. I never thought I'd be a business traveler but I guess life has its twists and turns. Nevertheless, if you're flying away for an extended period of time, Fast Park is the service to use. Now, they're no different than others when it comes to picking you up and dropping you off at your car, however, I'm not sure anyone else can beat the free paper they offer on your way in and the free water they offer on your way out. Seriously, who gives anything away for free nowadays? I have yet to use their service when it snows, but I wouldn't put it past these folks to keep your car clean, too. Paying with my credit card was a breeze, too. Add in that they have a frequent parker club and a corporate group rate, they also seem to be less expensive than other airport parking services. Getting to the airport terminal was no problem at all. When I returned last night though, I stood outside and waited OVER AN HOUR for a shuttle. I called three times and was told they're running...I was among 40 to 50 very angry people who were also waiting for these alleged shuttles. It was miserable standing there outside waiting and waiting and WAITING! It became almost a mob mentality because the waiting area is not marked as to where exactly the shuttle stops, so the shuttle would stop at the end of the line that was formed so the people who had waited the longest were being left. It was a free for all. I will absolutely NEVER use this service again, and I don't recommend it either. Over and HOUR wait, in the middle of the night, after a day of travel? NO THANKS read more

I like using this lot and did regularly but when I tried to park there on 03/25/2019 I was told by the attendant that I needed to be a member to use the lot. I did not get any details on becoming a member because I was trying to make my flight. I was politely asked to leave the lot and park elsewhere. read more
