I stopped at this FastPark while I was in Orlando. I had to fly to RDU, and back to Orlando same day to grab the child, so I just parked here for a few hours. It was also Christmas day, so I was excited that they were working. The driver that I had, I believe was Charles, was super nice. Great conversation, really friendly, and good driver when he was taking me from the lot to the airport. My wife and I returned to MCO this morning after a 13-day trip and had a very disappointing experience with Fast Park. After landing, I called for a shuttle pickup at B36. I was told a driver would come before returning to the parking lot. After waiting 10 minutes with no pickup, I called again and was told another driver would arrive within 7 minutes. After another 10 minutes passed, I called a third time and was again promised a driver. This time I asked for the person's name and he said it was Victor. In total, we waited approximately 30 minutes and I had to make three calls before being picked up. When I arrived at the exit kiosk, the first employee was rude and dismissive. I then spoke with an employee named Victor and reiterated the shuttle delay and my request for compensation. He denied being the person I had spoken with on the phone, said that someone was lying when they said it was Victor, and stated he could not provide any adjustment. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none would be available until noon. I needed to leave so I paid with the intent of getting it resolved later. To add more annoyance, I realized after I paid that I had more than enough points to get 1 day free but neither employee informed me of this. I emailed Katylyn the manager and requested a refund for 3 days (for the trouble and terrible customer service) and also the ability to use my points for a 4th day. So effectively, I requested a refund for 4 days (out of 13). She replied with a terse apology, that she would talk to her employee, and said "we do not offer refunds for wait times". I guess terrible customer service doesn't count for anything either. She did offer 2 free days for a "future" visit. I will not be using this company again even with 2 free days from her. If you value your time and customer service, I recommend finding a better company. ** Update: Search for "wait" on the yelp reviews and see how several other people are having the same issues we did. Wish I would have done that before using them again. They used to be good but they are too slow and have terrible customer service now. read more

Fast Park and Relax has been the best place for me to park when I travel by plane in Orlando. I am able to park my car, get picked up by the shuttle at my car, get driven to the airport quickly and efficiently, and have only experienced courteous drivers who are so helpful. They do have a qr code so tipping is easy, if decide to do that. Each time when I have traveled by their service, they help me with my bags so I don't feel on my own. When it's time to come back, they give you a paper that says where you parked, so you show that to them and they literally take you to your car. No walking in the dark, or in some random parking lot. They drop you off and help you with your bags. Another benefit I have enjoyed is that they offer loyalty rewards. My next trip coming this next week, I will get three free days of parking! Your car is kept in a covered spot, which is important to me, because I have a new car. Although they left me & my dog waiting an extra 5 or 10 minutes, they made up for it. They are not allowed to drop passengers off right at the train but it needed to be done! FastPark offers clean busses and are pretty prompt when you arrive at parking. Many spots are covered. And the price is great. The downside is the same for any offsite parking. When arriving to go home, you may wait 0 to forever waiting for the bus to pick you up. read more

Fast Park used to be the Go to place for MCO parking. Not any longer. Service has been on the decline for months. Extended wait times for terminal pick up. Kinda sucks when 2-3 shuttles from ALL the other lots come and go as you stand there. Call the office they say, then you get Nothing but attitude on the phone. Called directly to the office to let them know I was sitting in traffic and that I was running about 45 minutes late. In her arrogance and condescending voice said "That ain't my problem, we got space." Once I arrived at the booth, I waited about a minute as the (same?) agent was on her cellphone with her back against the arrival window of her booth.. Needing to catch a flight, I honked my horn so that she could check me in. She turned around and said "Cant you see I'm on the phone? I'll get to you in a minute!" So I sat as not to upset the PhD candidate manning the booth. That was my first and last time using this parking service. read more

Love fast park! Anyone that says anything negative it's either broke or doesn't have a little patience. My experience was really good, it was a busy night and they had shuttles coming nonstop. This morning Aug 18, 2025. Calvin dropped my husband at spirit and I was next to go to Brightline. He would not drop me off at the doors. I was dropped at terminal C. Walked in, up to level 4 walked across (far) outside to elevator up to 5 and thru to Brightline check in. All with 2 suitcases. Very convenient What I have parked here for a number of times now. There is barely a wait! Once you go through, there is someone that is ready to pick you up when you unload from your car. Only maybe 1 time have I had to wait for a bit. With smaller cars they can move quicker, as they don't need to fill more. My coworker, who is a frequent flyer, suggested this place to me after I showed up at work and asked if anyone had ever parked at the airport. First, she highly advised me NOT to park at the airport. Then, she recommended Fast Park & Relax. IT WAS TOO EASY, PEOPLE! It was so easy that I was convinced I was missing a step. I drove through, got my ticket, drove to my designated spot, and then IMMEDIATELY got picked up by the shuttle. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. LESS THAN 4 MINUTES! What?!?! Decided to use this place to park when traveling to Chicago last week. It was much easier to get to, as opposed to ones we've used when living in Colorado. The staff were very professional and directed us as to where to park. The drivers did not try and kill us getting to and from, which is always a plus and they even gave me a 15% veteran discount upon exit after showing my ID. Can't beat that! The price was acceptable, since it is all covered parking. Will definitely use them again! read more

Service has really gone down hill the last few times I used them. It takes 20 minutes for a shuttle to show up, while waiting for them I see multiple parking spot and Wally park vans. I guess they are trying to squeeze more profit by running fewer vans. Also, last time I tried to leave all the kiosks were messed up and there was a huge traffic jam at the exit. Left from Orlando on 9/15/23. Was told to park in row V, and waited about 15 minutes to be picked up. About 10 minutes into wait, called the number to check status of being picked up and was told that airport had close all garages and they were very busy and then they hung up. The ride was horrible also to airport. 10 people on a bus with 8 seats. Little A/C and a herky jerky ride. Sent an email to manage and she apologized, but stated the garage closure excuse. Guess that excuse justifies their poor performance. Many other options for airport parking, I'd skip this one. read more

FastPark bought these little bitty shuttles and they can't handle even a medium sized group. Waited on this Friday evening for over 10 minutes on a shuttle to arrive. Shuttle filled up, and now waiting for a second shuttle. The crowd was not happy. But, they are gone. Me, just hanging at MCO. The staff is friendly, but the processes and equipment are not up to par. Fast Park & Relax in Orlando was great! Left my car there for around 4 days during Christmas and it only cost me $67!! The Parking Spot quoted me $150 for only 3 days which is absurd. Normally, we get great drivers and great service, but I would like to report the driver in bus #33 on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. First, we were bounced and tossed all over the place with his aggressive driving, but the worst was when he brought us to our car and didn't bother to help with the bags. When asked, he brought the two bags to the door of the vehicle and virtually grunted, instead of the service we normally get where the driver will, with seeming pleasure, take the bags outside the vehicle to the back of the customer's car and we exchange mutual gratitude. We flied from Orlando International Airport and we parked our car for four days at FastPark & Relax. I booked the parking online and got my registration number. When we reached the parking we scanned our code and we were given a spot which was covered. This is the benefit to park at FastPark& Relax. The shuttle picked up from our car parking spot and left us at our terminal. When we came back we called the fast park & terminal. The shuttle picked us from the airport terminal and dropped us to our parking spot. The service was reliable and good. read more

Easy and efficient departure pickup, but a disastrous arrival! The directions for terminal C pickup were the only ones included in the confirmation email, leading me to believe those were the instructions for al terminals. After a one hour trek from A to C with a 70 year old carrying luggage, I learned that we could have been picked up at A. The poor communication was pointed out to the manager who then blamed me for not knowing the arrival pickup locations. Took no responsibility for the unclear communication. My DD left her car there when she flew home to visit. At first she had reserved at another parking place but was so worried after reading some awful reviews she canceled that reservation and went with FastPark. She said the shuttle was waiting for her when she arrived to park her car. We took her to pick up her car at the end of the trip and everything was smooth. Wally Park went through twice, park bark and fly went through three times, several other services cycled through several times and I'm still waiting on the fast park. It looks like they've expanded too quickly and they haven't hired enough drivers and not enough buses. This place is starting to go downhill, and the prices keep going uphill. I've been with them for almost 10yrs and have always enjoyed & appreciated them ... but the last 6months-1yr have been rough. The word "Fast" can't be applied anymore, because wait times are a bit longer & recently it took 15min from the time I got inside the lot to get out of the lot because of the disorganization of the staff. I'd normally be in and out in 2 minutes. I also heard the staff bickering at eachother over the walkie-talkie because a customer who parked in row B had walked to row E because no one picked her up. I'm considering canceling my membership with them after these numerous red flags. read more
