After filling out the medical paperwork, I was called to be seen. Easy - peasy. Nurse took my vitals all was good and then escorted into a room. They claimed that they were so slammed and busy that they had no doctors and nurses available, even though there's no doctors that work here it's only nurses who never went to college. I was told at 10:41 I was gonna be able to be seen. It is now 1225 and they have let people who come in after me ahead of me. I am severely sick. I am 105 this woman was very homophobic and blatant Aunt with kicking me off the list to let people go ahead of me. I don't know who is the boss and who is the facilitator of this organization, but the specific care now needs to be shut down. The amount of negligence that these people give their clients is unimaginable at this point it probably could've gone to a hospital and gotten better and faster care. If that's the case then why are these even not just go hospital this care now is horrible and it needs some administration. It needs some foresight and it needs some true legality restrictions for the way that these people have disregarded almost every one of these clients in here. even answering the phone still without helping clients just looking around the office. It felt extremely homophobic because she kept doing it time and time again it almost was like she was attacking me verbally and accosting me. I started the process by making an appointment online which was super quick and easy. I selected this location because I work 6 minutes away from Texas Breeze Addison. The PA called me before heading that way to let me know a few medicines they were out of so I wouldn't waste my time and I greatly appreciated that effort. Thankfully, I wasn't interested in that anyways. After walking in, the receptionist took care of my check in process. It took less than 5 minutes and honestly my wait was less than 3 minutes. A day later and I'm already turning a corner and starting to feel better. The NP took my vitals, listened to my concerns, and ensured all of my information was accurate in the system. She explained that one person was in from of me then the PA would be in to take care of me. The PA came in and listened to my concerns, and suggested a great plan for me that made the most sense. The entire process was super quick and easy. I walked in the clinic at 8:45 and I walked out at 9:20. The facility was incredibly clean as well and it looked emasculate.

I went to this urgent care center with a severe sinus infection with teeth hurting, headache, massive infected sinus mucus, etc. The experience I received was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL !!! So much so, I felt compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. ALL of the staff were extremely professional and so nice that it made me wish I could make this my primary care center, & even asked them if that was possible!! My wait time was minimal, especially compared to every other urgent care clinic that I have been to. The Outside of this Location at: 15810 Midway Rd. Addison, Tx 75001 has a normal business look, however the Inside of the Location is Extremely Clean & Well Organized, with very comfortable, cushioned, waiting chairs, situated in front of a large flat screen TV and coffee station. The Nurse? Nicole, that took my vitals, and performed Covid, Flu, & Strep test swabs, and also later assisted me with getting the steroid shots, and patiently answering all of my many questions, etc., showed me Absolute Respect, Care, & Kindness, as did all of the front reception staff, and Real Medical Doctor!!! The REAL (MD) DOCTOR, & Center Director, that treated me, Dr. Darien R Kavasmaneck, was so Thorough with the exam & questions asked, that I was left speechless (which rarely happens, lol)! He then prescribed, a strong antibiotic which has a history of working very well for me (Amoxicillin & Clavulanate Potassium) along with steroid shots (of Prednisone and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate) and Explained Every Aspect of what he was prescribing and why. I felt during this whole experience that I was the only patient in the center with absolute care and attention being given to me, throughout the entire process!!! I even had questions (of course) that my mind came up with afterwards, so he came back into the room and spent even more time with me!!! ***** I've read a few low star reviews (out of many more 5 star reviews) and almost didn't choose this location. I now Believe that they were possibly disgruntled people that most likely were more upset with employer requirements and chose the urgent care center to vent out against unfairly, instead of their place of employment, or were in bad moods and exaggerated the truth to "get" at someone.
