Naturally my favorite gifts were those that were personalized with my name. This shop monograms, shirts, hats, ties, cuffs, pillows etc. If you can imagine it they probably can monogram it. When you walk into this shop, you don't just see a bunch of cute items hanging around, you see women at work. It was like a little front room factory with examples of work completed. They also do screen printing which is great for family reunion shirts, athletic t-shirts or commemorative/celebration tees. Monogramming just adds that perfect touch to any garment or appropriate item. I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined.
