Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! ! ordered a Step And Repeat two weeks ago, black background with white logo. They emailed a proof that clearly showed a black background with white text. After it was approved, the product we received was clearly Gray NOT black or anywhere close to a black color. We contacted the company and the customer service was not only unprofessional but extremely rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation.. I sent them several emails showing a photo of their product next to one of my black company T-shirts, with a white logo so they could clearly see the extreme difference in the color background and after several attempts, they have been unwilling to help. There is no customer service phone number, they hide behind emails. I have been in the retail business for close to 30 years and ordered many products made of a black material. STAY far away from this company! A total waste of over $500.00 !! read more

I own a large corporate photography company and we use Sign 11 for printing of backdrops for corporate party photo shoots. Every single time, they deliver faster than expected in a quality better than expected. We've used them about a dozen times now over the years and they never fail us. It costs less to have Sign11 print and make a step-and-repeat and ship it to us across the country than it does to have one made locally and their customer service is always fast to respond to any of our (quirky) needs. I just spent ALL DAY and 11 emails trying to place an order for several orders of vinyl reflective NUMBERS x4. I placed my order Saturday evening online, and received an email at 9:55am PST confirming an order for a step and repeat, which is NOT what I had ordered. I tried calling the phone number in the email multiple times to confirm details of my order as they clearly weren't correct. I had also wanted two orders, one 4 inch, and a 2nd at 5 inch. The invoice I had only included the 5 inch letters and did not include printed dimensions of the decal, which needed confirm that it would fit in the size of the application. After MULTIPLE EMAILS with "Christine", it was clear that something was lost in translation. I had asked for expedited shipping costs ( as I was flying out Friday), the dimensions of both the 4 and 5 inch printed decals, if they shipped internationaly, and an updated invoice reflecting the two orders of 4 and 5 inch decals. Instead of getting ANY ONE of those questions answered I received multiple proofs, which is the one thing I DID NOT NEED. I have now lost 3 days (I placed order online Saturday, with the anticipation that it would have shipped today) and will have to find a new vendor to place this order. Their loss, as this could have led to many more far more lucrative orders, but the poor customer service and inefficiency was the nail that sealed the casket. Customer service at Sign11 = BIG TRASH!!!!! I ordered 4 fabric banners from this establishment and the first two I bought looked nice, but there was one huge problem. The chemicals from the banner was so strong in my garage, I had an instant headache and my chest started hurting. Unless you're in a huge warehouse (which they are in), you can smell this and it will almost knock you out because of how strong this is!!! On my way back to get the other two banners, I figured surely they would tell me how to get this smell out and or refund me and give me a better option. So I brought the first two banners with me on my way to get the other ones (had to roll all my windows down or I would have choked). I get there, and they guy wouldn't do a thing, and he had no solution for me. He told me he would refund it, and wouldn't reprint it on the vinyl version so I could trade these out. Instead he said I could pay 50% of the original price of the ones I bought in order for him to print on the vinyl (which the vinyl was the cheaper option than the fabric ones I bought). I told him this is crazy. He said he's never heard of anyone talking about the smell of the fabric, but said the vinyl wouldn't hold that smell (how would you know if you've never heard about smells). So now I'm stuck with 4 banners that I paid $200 for and no refund or reprint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They also left the doors open, unattended, so anyone could have taken my stuff. I have ordered banners from sign 11 for over 5 years. For the past 4 years my banners were excellent no problem. I ordered a banner this month. It was delivered to my house damaged. FedEx delivered it. I emailed John told him the problem that I had. He told me to get blow dryer to get the wrinkles out. I refused. I asked for another one. I told John that I needed another one. He told me that he could give me 25% off a new one. I didn't accept that answer. John then placed a claim with FedEx and said it may take up to 10-14 days to here back from FedEx. I called FedEx myself. They said I should talk to Sign 11. I email John back. I ended up getting a new banner. I originally ordered the banner with a hem, and that's what I approved of. How ever the banner Did not have a hem. So I was unable to use it with my stand. Totally disappointed. read more

However, I was able to read the reviews on yelp and thought..........oooook, let me give it a try due to my time frame of needing a Backdrop for my Daughter's Prom Send-off. I had the pleasure of talking with Peter, who was very professional and kind on the phone. He explained how the process goes. So, I went on their page. I reviewed exactly what I was looking for which was the Step & Repeat Banner, Stand and Red Carpet and placed the order. I would say within an hour, I received an email of the drafted design. I was so amazed of how fast this company communicated with me. I accepted it. I received another email, explaining the policy of "after you accepted" the design, you cannot change it after that time frame. The final email I received stated the backdrop would be delivered within two business days and you KNOW WHAT? I did received it in two business days and the banner was exactly what I designed and wanted on it. I'm a very PLEASED CUSTOMER!!!! I plan to do more business with Sign11. The customer service provided by Sign 11 was excellent throughout the process. They assisted us with the artwork and revised it until perfect. They had the artwork proof back within hours of my order and even got the banner shipped out on the same day. The vinyl banner is of high quality and looks great. For all of this, I would have given them a 5-star rating. HOWEVER, I ordered a 10' x 8' step and repeat vinyl banner and had difficulty setting it up so that it was taught and not bubbling towards the top middle section. I contacted customer service and they provided me with a number of suggestions which greatly corrected the problem. All poles have been set to the correct length and the top pole is still sagging slightly. It still isn't perfect and I feel that it needs a middle pole in the middle to properly support it. Upon contacting customer service (again they were very responsive to my concerns), I was offered the opportunity to buy a bigger stand for an additional $250.00 or given the option to rig the banner somehow by cutting holes in the vinyl and trying to add a third pole. I don't feel that those are adequate solutions and advised the company of that on June 8th. To date, they have not replied. I am disappointed that we spent money on a great product and it doesn't look perfect. I am more disappointed that they won't offer me a better solution to my problem. We will let everyone know and take our business elsewhere. read more

They are very patient and courteous and go out of their way to make sure your order is designed and shipped as quickly as possible! I am notorious for waiting until the night before or the day of to submit an order but that NEVER stops them from delivering A+ customer service and getting a proof emailed to me for approval asap! The design team is wonderful to work with also and they never make you feel like an idiot for not knowing the proper resolution for images etc, (LOL)! They just work with you to get it right and in 2 days TADAAAAH a beautiful 10x8 backdrop is delivered right to your door! I live in North Carolina.
