I was dropping off a Covid home Test that my employer had me take. She saw what type of package I was dropping off and instructed me to put it in the drop box in the corner. She was helpful and professional. I can only speak of my experience and it was a positive one.

My chief complaint is with mail delivery and not so much the office. In fact, my review would be five stars if they could get mail into the right boxes. I'm not asking a lot, but having to make regular trips to my neighbors and them to me to deliver mail and packages hardly seems right. If this happened once in a while I'd understand. We are human. However, this is on the regular lately. Today I'm missing a package that was marked delivered from the seller. I'm just hoping it comes to one of my neighbors and they deliver it and not another neighborhood or someone who doesn't want to take on the task of mail delivery (can't blame them). I could tell they were drowning. Despite the chaos, this one employee was super kind enough to help me with my Amazon return. He told me it's an offline return but he can scan it when it goes back on. Unfortunately, I would have to wait until tomorrow for the AT&T return. I tried not letting it bug me because the employee was trying to be super helpful. I returned the next day and another employee was able to help me with the AT&T return very quickly. Everyone here was super kind -- I know there's not much to review about UPS stores but I was impressed with the service here. Knowing that this place is the nearest UPS location, I can't wait to continue my loyalty here!
