The first few times I heard people in the background and I understand if they're busy, let me know I'll be on hold for a bit. But to not even be answered after 5 calls and 20 min of going back and forth on my phone is ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will no longer make my prescriptions out to this place. Such a disappointment to the people of paradise/magalia.

Happy customers don't seem to feel the need to rate places of business, or perhaps they are just busy living their positive lives. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this pharmacy. I have done business with several different pharmacies over the many years here in Paradise, CA. Walgreens is equally comparable to other large pharmacies and even the small ones in our town. The staff has always been helpful and I found ready to fill my prescriptions as quickly as possible. I value the fact they have an excellent drive-up and extended hours. Plus an added bonus is if you can't get in to the pharmacy before it closes in Paradise, you can go to Chico where they will have the records as well, 24 hours a day to fill your order. Don't listen to the negative ratings, give this pharmacy a try yourself.

The floors needed a little attention, but overall the place was clean and if I'd actually been hungry I would have bought something. As it was I was just bored on such a long drive and wanted something to much. Nothing leapt out at me and I was on my way again. The gas prices are very reasonable here. They seem like some of the cheapest in town so when I drive this way I like to stop here to fill up.
