They are understaffed. When I went to pickup my new CPAP machine there was only one young lady…read moreworking there. She was waiting on two shoe customers. She asked me to wait until she finished with them. After 20 minutes, I asked if she would hand me my machine I saw sitting behind the counter. She asked me if I knew how to use it. I told her yes. To which she replied, good because I don't know anything about CPAP machines. She had me sign an ipad and went back to the shoe customers. This was a weekday around I:00pm. Not to mention that their Respiratory Therapist could not accommodate my schedule! I offered to meet anytime on a Friday! No, he couldn't do that! The machine works. So, that's a positive! They need to hire more people and train them. Also, it is lucky I went by early because they had a sign on the door that they were closing at 4:00 pm instead of 5:30pm. Lucky for me I was off work that day!! They need to stay open the hours posted on the door and website. I checked and the early closing sign was on the door all week! Really???

Referred by sleep clinic. I called after a week to see what the hold up was. Was told I had been…read moreplaced on hold but they did not know why. Was informed they would call me back that day. Did not. Was told they would sending me a link to see what type of mask I needed-took over 24 hours. Was told I owed $78 for "supplies". Finally received an appointment and asked for the list of "supplies" they were ordering since they did not have the type of machine I had and I had not seen the respiratory therapist . The list included a full face mask at over $500. I explained again the equipment I had and what I needed. My appointment was at 1:00, it is now 1:38. They will not let me see the RT until they get my insurance ok for my supplies. Not impressed with this company. Now I know why they have 3.5 star rating. Was just told my told is less then $19.00. Still waiting to see RT.
