The worst sign company and the WORST employees that run it. Ethan Kaufman and his "assistant" Kaylen Sadler are the biggest scam artists in the game. If I could give negative stars, I would! A month ago, I called about an invoice I received about two banners on the apartment building I own. I spoke with Kaylen Sadler who assured me work was done. When asked for photos of proof of any work done, Kaylen assured me she would send me photos. Taking my email, she promised pictures. A month or more later, I had to CALL and ask for photos because she never sent photos. When asked about calling me back about the invoice, she seemed to have forgotten that or missed it all together. Lights on but no one's home! Then I have the pleasure to speak to Ethan Kaufman on Tuesday, December 9. When asking him about my invoice and why two banners costed me $3,000, he didn't even know what to say. To buy the same signs online would have costed $60-$100 each not $300 for one. To top it all off, they charged for one trip and labor $800 and then a second trip (BECAUSE of THEIR error) had to come back again and charge $1,100 for trip and labor. These people charge a crazy amount for mediocre signs and then charge huge fees for labor and tack on extra charges at their liking. It is sick. Ethan said he would call me back on Tuesday. Never did. He emailed me that he would talk to the management company. Who knows if that even happened? Total liar and a fake. Today I called for updates, acted confused and didn't even know he sent me an email on Tuesday. Lights on and no one's home. Then he asks me if he sent me an updated invoice? I did not receive one from him so more lies and more deception. Says he doesn't know about an email he sent then says he sent an email invoice that he never sent. Then he told me when asking question about my bill and what to do with them and management company, he did not share any info as those are his "friends," his "clients." Well if that's the case Ethan, good luck getting payment from your friends/clients, because you won't see a dime from me. Avoid this company and Ethan and Kaylen, they suck! read more

When working with this location on professional projects, they have delivered quality items in a timely manner. Recently, I contacted them for a personal sign need. The staff person answering the phone was incredibly helpful and directed me to send an email with the project details. Unfortunately the owners, who must be responsible for answering emails, were not responsive (it took 4+ hours for a reply) and asked the same question in consecutive messages, despite being provided the answer. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the project, I had the owner assure me the project could be done that day - but then never heard back with an estimate or time of completion. I tried to call, but was directed to a full voicemail in-box. In a final effort, I called again to be told that I never provided them with the answer. After both sides confirmed that I, in fact did, I was told the problem was that they were unsure they could do the project at all. They soon were able to confirm with staff that they could - but it would take another day to get to. Unfortunately this was too late (and the reason I had initally contacted them two days earlier!). I will be taking my professional sign needs elsewhere after this poor display of customer service. read more

OK- things started off pretty good. Decent turn around time and good follow up, then things took a turn for the worse... MUCH WORSE! First I was given a price quote and then they came back with a higher price because "they made a mistake." Then they charged my credit card the wrong amount, they said they would credit it back and they never did. While waiting for my account to be credited, I asked for some more signs to be printed up, when I was given the price, I balked. The price seemed outrageous to me and I asked if this was their best price. I was assured it was and I continued as they were a "preferred vendor." I later found signs at home depot, RDS signs and other places for about 1/10th the price. Yes, 1/10th as in 10% of what I paid. I called them and explained that I thought it was unreasonable I pay a 1000% premium over ANYONE else that made these signs. Madeline said she was sorry, she didn't know. OK- once again, I know people make mistakes. Even though I expect someone working in their field and earning my business to know what they are talking about, I understand sometimes things happen. My major complaint is that I asked for a manager to contact me about these egregious mistakes and nobody ever followed up. I hope they think sticking me was worth it, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. read more

Jerry and Andrea provided great customer service, and beat the downtown location's quote for the same job by $100. I highly recommend this location - we will use them again! read more
