Terrible customer service. Put in an order for some signs a week ago. I paid for the order, thinking that was the approval. Apparently I needed to approve the proof (that has already been ordered and approved once before) so the order was never placed. Because how rude the man on the phone was, I decided I would like to cancel the order and go elsewhere. He then told me I still would be charged $150 for the design work they did on the proof (that was already designed months ago and used already for a separate order). When I reminded him this, he then decided that I needed to pay for the material they had to order for my order (8ea 28" x 22" signs). To which I asked why they don't already have this material on hand being "fast"signs. He told me that was a rude comment. However when I placed my order at a different location, I explained the situation and they said they would never charge for material in a situation like that. read more

I am a graphic designer in an in-house group at a major international nonprofit based in Georgia. One of our construction technologies staffers attended the huge annual builder's show that was recently held in Orlando. Because of the ice and severe weather that hit the Atlanta area Friday, Jan. 6, the overnight shipment from a vendor in Marietta of a tabletop banner for her booth was still stuck at the Roswell UPS facility on Monday with no hint of activity. I am astounded by the incredibly great customer service I experienced with this FastSigns store today in Orlando! I bought a table top display from another FastSigns store in New England, for a show I am doing down here in Orlando. When I received the parts, I was struggling with how to put the display together. I called around to the local FastSigns on a Sunday morning...when all of them were closed...and I noted that there was an "Emergency" number left of the voicemail for this particular store, so I called and explained my situation. "Jack," the President and co-owner of the store went in on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) and walked me through the set up process--Within an hour of my call. It only took him four minutes to show me how to set up the display, and I happily went on my way. He didn't charge me anything for his help, which I just find incredible, so all I can do is thank him with this great review!
