I recently purchased an import that I knew was a diamond in the rough but the previous owners had it looking as if their teenagers drove it but back in the 1980's! Patrick and his team removed the gold badge and replaced it with original OEM badging. They removed all the illegal tint from the headlights and rear lights and redid some other work and now my sweet ride looks freaking awesome! They removed the old frayed window tint and replaced it with modern tinting and placed PPF on my headlights. It is night and day! I then took my other import and they got her looking sharp also. Quality workmanship at competitive pricing. Patrick and his team take great pride in their work product and ethic! Tesla's are always tricky to do because they have so many cameras and radars and heard horror stories from people wrapping their Tesla's and getting error codes so chose them because I heard they had done them before. I did a full Satin Wrap, chrome delete, PPF, window tinting, and installation of ground effects. Got quotes from a few other shops and they were the most competitive. They were very professional, polite, and quick to respond so I chose them. Have to admit I freaked out a bit when I realized they took the car apart to wrap it. Doors, bumpers, side mirrors, trim, trunk, hood...everything. I knew that it's the only way to get wrapping done right but my car had 16 miles on it, so very concerned. Had nothing to worry about. They did an amazing job in the time they told me it would take. I'm VERY picky so looked at it in every detail. But just as important in wrapping is service after the sale. Small bubbles will come up in next couple weeks that will need to be fixed. Again, they were very responsive and scheduled me in quickly to fix these minor bubbles. I didn't have to chase them. They were on top of it. This has been the best experience and I couldn't recommend them any more. Best wrapping place in FL. read more

I am sad that I just cannot recommend this place for tinting. I had all my windows previously tinted, so I know what a good job looks like. I wanted to go a little darker, and due to having to replace my back glass from a crack, I needed to get that one tinted again anyway. I chose this place because they use Xpel products. The staff were nice, but it seems like their work is hasty. When I first got my car back, I found a hair in one of the windows, so I had to go back another day to get that redone. There also wasn't any communication about the back glass and that they would only do half of it. When I got it done before (in another state) they asked if I wanted to do the whole glass and in one or two pieces of film. I was disappointed when I picked up my car from Supreme Wraps to find that only half the back glass was tinted. It's been a few weeks now and unfortunately, I've also found several small flaws throughout the tint. read more

Got my Harley Davidson Street Bob wrapped and I gotta tell you, I was no easy customer either. I was very picky and they've been very patient and willing to please. When we picked up the bike it did fall on the trailer and the wrap rubbed off!!!!! What luck, but they were willing to take it back and fix it and even wrapped my helmet to match! Again they were willing to please and so patient even when i couldn't go pick it up until a week later. Superb 5 star customer service!! I definitely recommend them!! read more

I've had such an awful experience with Supreme Wraps over the last 1 year+ of dealing with them. The first couple encounters were good with the previous owner (Thiago) but the new own Steven is awful to deal with. They scratched my BMW i8 causing $1,000+ worth of damages while doing wrap work to it, the manager Nathan agreed it was their fault and would get it fixed, then the owner Steven said 'nope that's not our fault, I'll see what my insurance company says' and now does not respond to any of my requests. I've had to bring my car in here 5 total times for them to fix spots on the wrap they couldn't get right the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time- and it's still not corrected. The communications from their team has been insanely bad. The owner says talk to the manager, the manager says talk to the owner, and nothing gets completed. They told me to bring the wrap in one time to get it fixed, when I followed up 4 days after I dropped it off, they THEN told me the wrap was on back order and they hadn't even touched the car yet. I paid them to fix my hood wrap as I scratched it after the first wrap from Thiago was applied. Unfortunately, Stevens team did an awful job replacing it, with several areas having bumps in the hood wrap and refused to continue to try to fix it. The response was 'if you want us to fix this, you have to pay again' even though their policies state otherwise (if you acknowledge an unsatisfactory job within 14 days of the wrap job we will correct it). I disputed the hood charge via my credit card company and Steven FORGED my signature on the documents he provided, of which police reports will be filed against Steven. I also unfortunately have to bring Steven to small claims court for the scratch on the car that they created. I also have signed documentation from Supreme Wraps that they would fix the scratch in their shop and then they never did. Steven once even told me on the phone "look I'll give you 3 more minutes of my time then I am done talking to you, I have things to do" - as I was explaining to him everything that had gone wrong with his operations/staff. I highly DO NOT recommend going to Supreme Wraps. Just look up Steven's records online, and you will see the kind of businesses that he runs, not good. read more

Caution don't use these crooks fast talking over the phone from Florida scammers. Tells you a appointment and takes your credit card and charges it and then someone else texts you another appointment longer out!!! And if you cancel he says you lose your deposit and never said anything about non refundable deposit. Avoid these scammers!!!! read more
