I PAID $400 for the following (2) door decals (1) back window decal They will let you know that your price increase when you pick up your product!!! Without notifying you. If there was an option for ZERO stars then that is what I would have chose because this company is not even worthy of 1 star!! Very unprofessional and liars. They are con-artist. Originally I went in looking for a slight re-design of my existing logo. (Changing color and font $50) they gave me (4) options to choose what one I liked. I hated them all. They said to continue any further it will be a new design fee of an additional $50. I went ahead and designed my own logo and sent it in. They said it will be additional design fees if any colors are altered because it takes hours. I explained that i just wanted to change a white letter to a black letter, they acted annoyed, and made it seem as if they were doing me a huge favor. After being irritated and feeling ripped off I decided to only do 1 fleet truck since I already paid $200 for it. The lady in the front pulled out all the paperwork and stated that I already paid for two truck stickers. I then felt a little better so I proceeded to give them a chance before I order all my marketing supplies. Well, I got logos placed on two fleet trucks today and first of all. I think that this is the first logo they have ever put on because it's Not where most logos are located. Then the dumb lady states that I have a small balance on the account and I said umm OK? She said you owe another $240!!!!! I said ok, for what? She says, you only paid half and I added another $50 for the installation... I said what? you can imagine the rest of the conversation went. I ended up paying $400 for (2) door logos and (1) back window sticker. Will forever tell every person I ever meet what a rip off this company is. BTW- get that old ass stinky dog out of your office, how unprofessional you all were. read more

We had work done by Fastsigns which met our needs. They are nice people and my review isn't about the individuals but more so about the ethics of their practice. On the first installation there were a few smaller errors but were amiable in their efforts to fix the issues. Their work of installation wasn't flawless but it worked for our needs. However, I lost respect for the their quoting ethics when they priced a second job excessively high, based upon their perception of what they thought we could pay rather than what the actual job would cost and by thinking we would automatically give them repeat business based upon our first experience. I looked for comparison quotes and found that they were over $2,000 above competitive bids of about $400. When I presented the other quotes to them to ask what made their product so much more valuable they offered no reason but suggested they could come close to matching the other quotes. They lost my respect, and my business, by significantly overpricing their initial quote. If you choose to do business with Fastsigns you will be with nice individuals, but my recommendation is to get comparative quotes before closing the deal. It might save you some dollars. read more
