But the best part was Joe. He helped me immediately even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. He was friendly, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The guy behind the counter said that he won't print my return label even though he has a label printer. He requested that I pay to use their computer to print out the label on regular paper and have it stuck to the package in one of their slips that stick to a box. It is a UPS label and should be honored and printed at any location. The guy said that he knows other locations do that but this one doesn't. The guy tried to continue wasting my time, requesting that I placate him by paying for "computer time" or that I find somewhere else to print THEIR shipping label. Incompetent, annoying, and inconvenient. I waited to be annoyed in the car, so I just said have a great day and walked out before he could waste any more of my time. Please go anywhere else, you throw a stone in this town and your likely to hit a plaza with another UPS location.
