Fausset Printing is amazing. During the holidays, I needed to get a photo printed on canvas as a gift. It was the Thursday before Christmas. I looked at Framebridge, Staples, Overnight prints -- everything. No one could offer a good quality print and none before at least January 4th. So on a whim I tried Fausset, because they'd done a great job printing some cards for me a year ago. Not only did they do it for way less than those online companies, the quality was amazing AND they had it done by the following Tuesday, December 23. I was completely blown away. Don't ever get your photos or canvas prints done online when we have a local printer that does such great work and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend. read more

I reached out with a very last minute project for my day-of wedding materials and Rick and team absolutely delivered! They even managed to get ahold of the exact paper I requested when other printers said it was impossible. I worked with their designer, Trina, who ensured everything was exactly as I imagined. I reached out to a local printing company for my wedding invitations and all of the wedding day signage. I couldn't be happier that I did!! If anyone knows, many of the printing companies online charge a fee and shipping for one sample and it takes a week or so yo receive, then another few weeks to receive an order once placed. That was not the case here. I was able to go to their office and touch/feel/see so many different paper options. It was awesome and put me at ease. They were so helpful and most importantly, very responsive. From the front desk reception (Dawn) and all the work the designer helped me with (Asis), I truly couldn't ask for anything more. I am more than happy with the result of the invitations and feel so at ease that I will be just as satisfied with all the future wedding signage. A while back I needed to find a print shop that could produce high quality color double sided prints for a custom proposal, asap. First I went to my local print shop and they have a duplex printer but was quite pricey. Then I tried ARC but they would have to send the order to their LA location and it would take a few extra days. ARC knew I was in a hurry and since I'm a loyal customer they called around and found Fausset for me. Kudos to ARC. Fausset had a new duplex printer and a variety of paper to choose from. They printed samples right there while I waited. I got a quote and proceeded with the order which was ready the next day. I have since returned to Fausset several times for large and small print jobs. It's a pleasure to do business with them. Very professional people and high quality prints. read more

Outstanding service, quality and pricing. They helped me plan and print a 234 page family genealogy. They provided two "proof" copies which allowed me to improve the quality of 100-year-old photographs. Great suggestions by Rick Schaub to improve the quality. Yea - it's true - Fausset Printing is as good as it gets! Angela is so patient with someone like me who is totally spatially challenged and uses scissors and tape to put a thought together and they can produce a brochure to complete my thought. I like that the store clusters the printers together near the center. I also liked the paper clips and stapler I could use for free to keep my documents in order. Unfortunately, there is no computer to use. Send your documents to Printandgo@fedex.com from your phone (or computer at home) and give it a couple of minutes to return with a numeric code to put into the FedEx printer keypad. Once you've given your credit card over to the machine, you can print out as many documents as you like up to the amount you've authorized on your card. This store also has plenty of mailing supplies you can buy, as well as greeting cards, books, stationery, and batteries! I also saw the staff kindly helping any customers who needed it by patiently explaining how the printing station works.

Today (5/23/2026) I had the full ceramic tint installed on the two rear windows, back window, and roof of my Tesla Model Y. My front windows and windshield were already tinted by another shop that also did a good job, but I wanted to see if ceramic tinting the rest of the glass on my Tesla Y would help keep the cabin even cooler. If I could give this 20 stars I would. I was treated like gold from the moment I walked in until my project was finished. Rick Schaub met me for our original consultation, listened carefully to every thing I said and needed, then devised a plan I could afford. He went out of his way to discuss options to suit my budget. I felt like he wanted my project to succeed as much as I did. His display case of finished products was so exceptional, I knew immediately that I was in good hands. When we encountered a binding problem, he called while on vacation to solve it. At 75, I was not looking forward to loading 1000 calendars into my car, but he was right there to help.
