No response on multiple requests to get sizing from estimate they sent me they are quoting us over $9000.00 so you would think they would want the business. WOW!!!! Check the prices... I needed one 6" letter and 2" address My office order for me and I would pick up in An hour.. When I arrived, I got sticker shock!! They charged $25.00 to rush, okay I can handle that... But $40.00 for a 6" letter for a total of $65.00 The 2" address was an additional $25.00 for rush and another $40.00 for a total of $140.00. It did not take 2 hours to make both the stickers but charge as if they do.... I picked them up in 1 hour. When I questioned them on the cost, the rep behind the counter said sorry that just the way our system works... My advice is to call around this is not the only place in town... After some research online, I called Fast Signs Temecula to order 2 window decals for our storefront. I spoke to a woman who seemed helpful. I got all the info I needed to email my artwork. The following day I emailed the files and didn't hear from them. Another day passed so I called again, was told the file was received, and that I'd receive an estimate by the close of the business day. That was about 5 days ago and not a peep since. I'm really disappointed in them. I find the lack of communication and interest unreliable and unprofessional, which is unfortunate. Sure, the decals I need are a very small order this time, but we do eventually need signage for our building, front and back, which would have ended up as an $8k-$10k sale for them. For those of you that don't know, they are new owners. I needed some lettering done on one of my work vans and they did a great job! The customer service was excellent! I can tell the new owners are gonna take this place to the next level. I am the owner of Roger Miller's Plumbing, You may have seen our trucks around town and I think it's important that our vans are labeled so that our customers know whose pulling up to their house or into their drive way. I just moved my real estate business into an old building that had a very large lighted sign outside (4ft x 20ft). I had 3 companies bid the job to replace the front of the sign. It also required fabricating some metal pieces to hold it on. Fast signs wasn't the least expensive bid so I asked them if they would match and they did, which I appreciated. This wasn't a cheap sign redo, it cost a couple grand so I was pinching pennies. I wanted to use them because they were the only company of the 3 who actually sent someone to measure and see what was needed before giving me a bid. It seemed to me much more professional. They completed the redo in good time and installed it. It exceeded my expectations. The sign is amazing, I'm really happy. The sign is so big, I'm sure it can be seen from the space station when lit, so being happy with the result is incredible. I would reccomend them to anyone. I had Fast Signs make numerous interior and exterior signs for my business. They demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time. They initiated almost no follow up to expedite the process. I was told it should take a few days to complete a project that actually took three weeks. I was also expected to know a stencil would not be reusable and was mistreated by the staff for accepting a half off charge on the second needed stencil. I was shown zero empathy for the fact it turned my feature wall lettering project into a one week project instead of a two day project. After two months my store front sign was already peeling off and completely weathered. I was treated like a second class citizen upon return with the sign. The staff could care less I had to remove the sign on my own and bring it back. I personally would pay three times the amount these signs cost me to spare me this disparaging treatment. read more

FASTSIGNS TEMECULA DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!!!!. I am not one to ever use these sites to bash a business, but this time, I will go to every measure to let people around here know to NEVER use these guys. We ordered an illuminated PVC sign for our tattoo shop on December 10th 2013..... On April 25th 2014, it finally works. We payed in full, when ordered, and Sean(the owner), literally took our money and pushed our project back months. A 30-45 day project turned into over 4 months of lies and headaches. He was extremely rude to us over the phone, even getting to the point of yelling and cussing at me, and some times stuttering when he became flustered as he would get caught up in his lies. He stuck to the story that the city of Temecula was having an issue with the permit for the sign, but when I called the city, multiple times, they had informed me that it was a simple permit, literally paying money and signing the permit for it to be ready. The day they actually pulled the permit, I called the city and they actually laughed because of how fast the permit was pulled! It took fastsigns over 90 days to pull a permit that could have very well been pulled the first week of us paying them. When they finally hung the sign on March 17th... St Pattys day, the guys who installed it didn't know how to hook it up, and then said it is up to us to make sure the sign illuminates. They left the sign unconnected and left. After 2 visits from Morgan, who works for the robust Sean, he discovered the sign wasn't even connected. 3-4 total times of Morgan coming out to work on it, it finally turns out that, the sign was connected to a wrong junction box and they fried the circuit board on the sign.... We now, over 3 months late, have a sign. Pray it stays lit!! Fastsigns and Sean are the worst in customer service, the worst in keeping their word and absutely disgraceful in doing business with. Upset with myself that I gave them a dime. Would love to watch him bankruot himself!! You know it's bad when even his employees would tell us how hard it is to get work done because of the amount of calls per day involving upset clients and how bad they would love to find another job. I would NEVER recommend Fastsigns to anyone, EVER!!! Do yourself a favor as spend the extra penny on another sign company... It will pay off in the long run. read more

Takes a lot for me to post a bad review for a business as I am a business owner myself and It can hurt. I went into this place worked out a deal for graphics to my business vehicle. It did take several attempts back and forth via email before I was semi happy with the proof. I was told by Sean to drop my vehicle off and it would be ready the next day. Well that didn't happen and I still was ok as long as it looked good. I did not receive a call so I called a few days later and was told it was ready. When I picked it up it looked horrible the lettering was crooked the print was wrong it was bad. I spoke to Sean He agreed and said bring it back. well the process started again and took a few more days. Final results it did look better but after 2 months the stickers are coming up not sticking to the vehicle. I emailed Sean with no response. I looked at other yelp reviews after the fact if I knew what I know about this company I definitely would have gone anywhere else. I am very surprised they are still in business beware! read more
