Lady working here was not wearing a mask. There is significant evidence that your mask protects me more than my mask protects me, yet this lady doesn't wear a mask even though there is a deadly virus going around that people can spread asymptomatically? What if she has it and doesn't know because she's asymptomatic? Unless you don't give a F about the well being of your customers, wear a damn mask. I will never come into this store ever again because I don't like risking my life for a copy when I can get it elsewhere without risking my life. 1 star for putting other people's lives at risk. I called several other people and in some cases they said it would be 2 to 3 weeks!! A few others said 5 days. But I didn't even have 5 days. Desperate and feeling helpless, I called Ideal Print and Copy. They said they could have it done by Thursday afternoon!! I went here for a small project I needed done. I had a few things I needed printed at a certain size. I was immediately treated as if I was an inconvenience because I asked if my images could be sized down. I was told that this was "too much work" and David reluctantly sized them down for me. It took less than 10 mins but I was told that it was "too much work to do." I'm sorry, but isn't this a printing place? I didn't know that my request was asking "too much." After the job was done, he gave me an arbitrary price and didn't make me feel like a customer at all. I needed another print job done a few days later and hesitantly went back here based of how I was treated prior. I put it past me because thought maybe they were just busy the last time...So I had even sized the images I needed printed down myself and only needed them to be printed. Upon arrival I had told them I needed a few things printed and had already had the files sized down. I was told that David was too busy working on a project already. I had asked if I should come back at a later time..so the woman at the register went back to ask David. He looked at me and then told her something i couldn't hear but once she returned back to the register she said they had too many projects they were working on and they couldn't print my images. Confusingly, I asked if there was a better time to come back..she told me to try back in the morning. So not only did they turn me away, but made me feel as though what I needed done was inconvenient for them. I felt uncomfortable both times I went here as if they didn't have the time to help me with my request. No customer service was shown to me. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to support a family owned business during this time of Covid19 and I was treated this way in return. If you are a bigger business who needs more done, they seem to cater to them more. I'm disappointed in how I was treated there. read more

I would love to speak with your employees and customers that a month ago heard of some tirade. absolutely false accusations on top of rude service. I called in advance I told you my needs you told me to come down and then refused to help me you said I'm too busy right now come back another day after you had told me to come down that's the real truth.
