I wanted to love this company after reading the reviews, Lord knows I chose to pay more for my project for that reason. This was a large windshield perforated decal with a couple qr codes. So I wanted it done well, and planned on having my local tinting company to install. The image arrived and well packed, but as soon as I opened it i seen the random line that was the same color as the qr code. I immediately covered it in marker to try and fix it, and i regret not taking an image first. Still, its pretty clear there's a line covered in marker there... so I emailed them. When I got no response I was getting pretty pissy, and if I'm being honest my email made clear I wasn't happy this wasn't caught after print. This morning I decided to leave feedback on their website, that got their attention. Within minutes I got a phone call berating me over my comments. Telling me he would have been open to reprinting but doesn't feel to do that because of my comments. The conversation came back to my unanswered email, and he admitted that would change things, and he would look into it and call back. He was true to his word, and truly a jerk. Condescending, arrogant, and full of excuses! .... that line doesn't show on my screen, it could have been part of the artwork, we can't contact everyone for every possible error." After all that attitude he reluctantly says he will reprint in effort to keep his customers happy. I'm going to repost this review because my review was removed. I went in for an interview and was immediately greeted with attitude by the guy who works on their websites. He had poor body language and clearly didn't want to be there. He was confrontational and questioned by intention of interviewing with the company. I simply told him that his thought process was irrational on the matter. The lady next to him was polite enough. I left the interview with a horrible taste in my mouth and took another job. I'm glad that this company treats their customers well, but it's questionable whether they treat their fellow coworkers or potential new hires well. read more

Really like the quality and unbeatable prices of these guys. Your dollar definitely goes a long way here. I had backlit signs made for a retail store and it took about a week to get to me (to Scottsdale). The quality was amazing for the price, which was 30% lower than other places I received quotes from. Initially, I was a little hesitant about going forward with these guys because of the super low prices. However, I loved the quality of the backlit signs and got lots of compliments on them from the client. When printing, make sure your files are print ready (CMYK, 300 dpi, etc). This will ensure quality and is one of the reasons why I think some people had issues with them in the past. Customer service was good with a easy live chat feature on the website. Leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because they seem to have some problems with their phones when I called. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Printmoz. Their customer service is some of the best I have experienced in any industry. I am not a graphic designer but can hack my way through things. Dustin was there for me every step of the way from making sure my files could open and were the same resolution as I intended to helping me send my files in an alternative manner when I had a poor connection and couldn't upload them. I'm not a fan of giving 5 star reviews. It should really be reserved for the 'above and beyond' instances. On a recent large order (over 40 separate items) Printmoz went above and beyond in: (1) Expediting my order and getting items to me in a very timely fashion without trying to charge me more. (2) Fixing a print mistake with no flack and incredible turnaround. (3) Fixing another mistake that was MY error -- again with no flack. What has stood out is that their extra efforts have been offered graciously and without being solicited by me. So that's for the fifth star. For the other 4 stars? Very reasonable pricing, easy ordering process, providing informed answers to questions regarding file preparations and such. If you are looking for art gallery level printing, this might not be what you want (and that is not what they are selling). That level of expectation aside, the quality of the prints have been consistently topnotch. Actually, we used our last print job for an art gallery and they looked great. read more

I ordered posters for charity events 4 times from them and everything was perfect but to me the true test was today, the one time when something went wrong. There was a shipping problem which I discovered on a Saturday morning. I didn't think the business was even open but I wrote to them to tell them about it. A short time later I received a message from them saying that they were rush printing a replacement and couriering it over to me as they knew that it was needed for today. I live 2.5 hours away and in LA traffic you can add a couple hours and a lot of grief, so needless to say, this was above and beyond the call of duty. At this point I was convinced we'd all time travelled back to a time when people actually really cared about their customers. I was completely blown away with how, for a mere $50 order, they went out of their way to fix the shipping problem. The friendly courier just arrived from Print Moz. The poster I ordered for the charity event is perfect, as always, and packed with care, as always. Before going to PrintMoz I shopped around for other places that could print foam core posters inexpensively and quickly. TLDR: this company is amazing. Stop looking around, and just order already. I was looking to print some large foam board photos to use as a display at some events, and was disheartened by the prices I found online. Somehow, I'm honestly not sure how, I stumbled on Printmoz.com and I couldn't believe their prices. I thought, "There's no way they have good quality products. These prices are almost half the other guys!" So, I submitted a question through the customer service about enlarging my photos. Within 12 hours, Travis had emailed me back with an answer and an offer to take a look at my photos before submitting them. We emailed back and forth a few times, he always responding quickly and helpfully. I decided to order 8 prints through the online service on a Tuesday evening. The next day I received a note that they had shipped! And today, Thursday, I received them! This was way faster than I anticipated. I did not ask for expedited processing. I do live just a few hours from Temecula, so the shipping would take longer to locations further away. Now, about the product: amazing work. It was packaged with care and arrived in perfect condition. The prints are beautiful and exactly what I ordered. I told my husband that I was so excited to find a high quality company with excellent customer service, and that I wanted to immediately go onto their website and see what other products they have. We will DEFINITELY be ordering more signs, pictures, and whatever else we can in the future. read more

I didn't receive my order on time even though I paid extra to receive it within a couple days. This was not the case and took basically a week. I wasn't expecting the prints I ordered would've arrived at my doorstep as they did. There was ink blots and fuzziness on a handful of prints. It's as if the people printing the various items don't even take the time to look to make sure things look nice. I used to work for a printing company when I was in college and we did quality assurance before we even sent it to be looked at by our QA team. I'll give Printmoz another try but next time place an order of lesser importance. Will not rely on their promptness and make sure that the signs purchased aren't for anything official or something that will be looked too much. read more

Updating my review to say Printmoz went out of their way to fix my canvases! They called and apologized for the delay and said that the canvases I received had been missed by quality insurance. They called on Wednesday afternoon and my canvases were on my doorstep Thursday morning. Not only did they resend my order (4 canvases), but they refunded me as well. The price was more than reasonable (especially considering the extremely high quality), and it was produced, packed and shipped within 24 hours. Terrible customer service! I uploaded my artwork and the proofs looked perfect. I received my order and one print was perfect and the 2nd was terribly blurry. Shouldn't there be a quality control at a print company? So i placed my reorder and paid full price. I'm really shocked to read bad reviews. These people are literally 1/3 the price of anywhere else. We just got our aluminum outdoor signs in and they looked so great I thought I'd write a review. They deliver an awesome product. We run a bike shop and cafe and have ordered all our signage through them. I did some prints here on foam board, quite a few actually and the quality is premium. I don't remember if they did any color correction but each print was a "10" in quality and color, seriously a beautiful job. There was also a beuatiful texture to the ink that made the prints exceptional. The price was very very good. They have a nice website but I preferred some additional help from the staff "personally" and they obliged. Nothing more frustrating then not being able to speak to a real person when you are trying to get something done. The staff was helpful, they have a "chat" button on the website so if you ask a question there they pretty much answer within a minute or so which I did often. If you call for help on the phone, which I also did, they don't mind hustling around there already busy day to make something work for you. I wrote this review becuase I needed 2ea 11 x 14's on foam board with rounded corners the next day by 3 pm (I ordered almost 20 minutes before closing) for a pickup and they made it happen, and the entire order was around 10 bucks. Not a word from them about a minimum, no stress, and no attitude from them whatsoever. Thank you Travis! Give em a try. These guys are good. My order was printed promptly and came out great. Their price is well below the next-cheapest online option I found for printing on Gatorboard. The only downside I'm aware of is that their online ordering system is a bit confusing. The instructions say to include bleed in your images, but the digital proof page warns you if your files aren't the exact size you ordered (w/o bleed). It took about a day to hear back from them when I asked about that, which I think was reasonable. I can only guess that the bad reviews are due to the fact that unhappy customers are more likely to comment. read more
