What I liked most was that owner came to us, sat down with us and came up with a design and plan. As the company began designing the sign and some questions arose, the owner came back to us to discuss the concerns. All the major details were done face to face, very little was done on the phone or in emails. Customer service is so important, and having a store owner willing to come to you to address issues, rather than on the phone makes all the difference. I would highly recommend this company.
