Super disappointing experience. Visited last Monday and was intrigued to find the line out the door then I remembered the store further south on route 3 had closed. Makes sense. Curious what's in store for the holidays... Staff was jumping and the line moved quickly which was impressive. Where it all tanked was the UPS associate who helped me. No welcome no greeting. I placed my package to ship on the counter and she irritatingly raised her voice and said,"What! What are you here for to return an Amazon package??" I'm at a UPS store and while I can understand and appreciate you can ship Amazon packages when returning from them, I was disappointed to hear her push out an alternative brand other than her own. Yikes. I gently explained I was shipping a package. She was super frazzled. Not friendly. Not really helpful. I gave her the address of my father-in-law and to her credit, the system was populating an alternative city name with the right zip. She was smart enough to get some support from another peer and then explained this was her second week on the job. We've all been there I get it, however, the intangible experience in any environment is key. Fortunately, he did get his package and loved his Medallion golf shirt. I am unhappy with this experience and have voluntarily shared with other locals to hit up Polaris or New Albany. The next day I had another package and visited one of these other stores. Complete opposite experience from start to finish. I hope with each passing day her experience servicing others improves and she builds confidence for herself. No fun being the new kid on the block including being that paying customer that feels her pain. read more

I am a professor at a small college. Our seniors were producing posters as part of their culminating senior project. So we needed nearly 40, full color posters printed in a short time, right before Thanksgiving. Adam worked with us to find a good price, printed everything in good time, and even drove an hour to drop our posters off in person so as to be sure that they didn't get lost or damaged in transit. So I was surprised to find out that the other Westerville location was closed but I made it to this other one also on State Rd. Unfortunately I missed being able to meet with correct person that handles the Notary service's......so I came back and couldn't be happier. First , I know that The UPS Stores are privately owned and this review isn't about UPS, just about this store location. This is sadly NOT my first negative experience at this location but will be my last!!! Just had such a HORRIBLE experience and what a negative impression for this management. First she kept telling people to move over and then told people that they needed to move outside to wait in a very RUDE manner!!! Then someone said let's sing Christmas songs while waiting and Ashley said very loudly that if she started singing she personally would move them to the end of the line. We the customers are what keeping your business surviving, might want to be a LOT LESS "Bah Humbug"!!! If you have a package with a pre-paid label to drop off, this location will NOT let you leave them on the counter -- rather they make you wait in line like everyone else. And for what purpose? Who knows. I don't need a receipt, I don't want a receipt, nor would I to wait in line for 10 minutes in order to get one. This policy only causes a problem if you go there when there's a line, but HEY, MAYBE THAT'S WHY THERE'S ALWAYS A LINE HERE. Plenty of other locations nearby, so this one will never see me again. This UPS store has such great service. On short notice I came into get something notarized and one of the workers there named Shane was so cordial to me. He efficiently got my document approved. In general the store is really clean and everyone there brought a smile to my face. Will be going back there again and I recommend everyone else to do the same! read more

I love the employees and they are very fast, but they still have "adjusted" COVID hours up on the door and have not corrected this on google or other locations people check for store hours. This was very inconvenient also considering we are 2 years out from the COVID pandemic start. FYI they don't open until 10am. read more

Be careful if you have pre-labeled packages to drop off! They use to let you leave them in front of the counter, now they make you wait in line just to drop off packages that are already labeled. Its ok if you go there when there isnt a line, but if you go at the end of the day, you will have to wait behind those getting printing done, or dont have packages that are ready to be shipped. Personally, I'm going to pay a little more and use USPS... they have a drop been (which I suggested to UPS but have not seen it happen yet). I really dont have time to wait in line with packages that are ready to ship. read more

I have shipped multiple things out of this store and never had an issue until recently. The store lost one of my packages/never scanned it in. I tried to contact the ups corporate directly as well as the original maker of the label and they both told me to deal directly with the store. When I called the UPS store the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She said they never make mistakes and this couldn't have possibly been their fault but, rather mine because I didn't get a receipt this one time. I will no longer be dealing with the UPS location due to the lack of the store manager to even be willing to work with me to find my lost package. Definitely would not recommend this location just incase you have an issue like this. read more

This is the BEST store to go too. Ashley is FANTASTIC. I sent a package to South Korea for my daughter for Christmas. As usual I checked the website to check the tracking and I noticed it just sat there for days. My daughter didn't get an email or phone call. So I called the store and talked to Ashley. She hung in there the total time it took to solve the problem, which none of it was this store's fault.She kept in touch with me until my daughter got her package a month later. read more

Needed help processing Covid related FEMA claim. They greet everyone like they couldn't be happier to help you, the fax took awhile, so I stood to the side while he helped other customers. I dropped off a package on Friday morning. $25 for a relatively small box for ground shipping - but they said they could get my return back to the shipper in time before my return authorization expired. Today, Monday, the Westerville UPS Store, didn't ship my package, but printed a new label today (they printed and affixed one on Friday), and UPS now says they don't have the package!! I spent $25 and now I'm not going to get my money back on my return merchandise because it will be late. UPS "customer service" says "sorry, that's a problem with YOUR UPS store"... Just so you know, UPS doesn't consider dropping off your package at a UPS store as "receiving the package". No offer of any remediation - because hey, this is between me and MY UPS store. read more

Had to send Christmas presents to 2 locations; brought the contents with me and walked the guy through what goes where. Watched him print the appropriate shipping labels. After I left, they took 1 box, applied the appropriate shipping label, inserted it into the second box and sent everything to the same location. Reached out to customer service and still no response after 2 days. read more

I went into the ups store today with a ripped box and a printed out return receipt. The staff was more than happy to help me fix the box, pack everything back inside and send it on its way. Their willingness to go out of their way was SO impressive. Total win. :) read more
