Had service for 10 days before canceling. Installers only buried cable and inch in ground and not at all in someplace. After opening a job they returned to rebury the cable unannounced on Saturday during Labor Day weekend. They disconnected and ran new cable, but left without connecting claimig someone coming in few minutes. Never happened and left without service. Called cox cable and reconnected immediately only to find Fastwyre cut cox and my sprinklers. Terrible customer service and now being charged $25 for the 10 days even though had a free month. Service is down just as often as not. Optimum costs more but in all my years with them I don't recall any outages aside from when all power is out. Fastwyre on the other hand has daily outages and sometimes won't get service back for days and whenever I call for support they want to charge. Not worth it and after only 7 months I am making the switch back and dropping fraudwire for good. read more

When it works it is good and the price is good. But when it goes down they have a rule of waiting 24 hrs before an order for repair can be placed. Then you have to wait after that for a repairman. It has gone down twice in less than one year and both times fixed on 3rd day of outage. read more

Worst possible experience dealing with these people. They are very rude. Due to their negligence, and not even sending me a bill in months. I told them I would not keep sending money without a bill. They disconnected it, and told me it was my fault. Zero customer service skills. I asked to speak to someone higher up, and get the lovely lady from sulphur who was just like them. All knowing they too would be upset if it was done to them. Had internet for years with Cameron communication. Once in blue moon would have issue. Since Fast wire took over the service goes out once every day at least. The price is not bad. Fastwyre bought out our local phone company a few years back, and customer service has become non-existant ever since! This time, i have been trying for a week to get customer service on the phone for a simple item. I have been on hold many many many times for up to 3 hours before hanging up. My wife and i have both called in to double ourr chances... still nothing. I have filled out contract forms, complaint forms, anything i can find on their website, and have never gotten a reply from any. All the numbers you can find route to the same customer service where no one ever answers!. Stay away from this company!!!!! read more

The costumer service Bucks hard salami. We ordered wifi a week ago, they fist said they would be here on Wednesday, here it is Monday with still no results. Called them this morning and said they would be here this afternoon... again, another no show. I am disabled and need wifi to talk to my doctors. So ridiculous. read more

Terrible customer service, you will never speak to a real person. On the off chance you do, you get transferred on the call immediately. Impossible to schedule an appointment to set up service. Techs are not knowledgeable or nice. I would rather drag my nuts through broken glass than deal with these people again. If I could give it zero stars I would. read more
