Technician came out and replaced it with another customers device-I asked him who's name is on the box "oh that is my next customer, yours is in the truck" he changed to the correct one to find it did not work either. He then blamed it on the Controller on the Generac. They are demanding that I pay the monthly fee=FOR WHAT-the relay does NOT WORK? Generac Inc.referred me to another company and came and inspected it they said everything is operating as it should and I do not need the relay.

The constant mistakes from Trout's employees caused severe damage over 2 homes - photos provided for both. Getting Trout to make the necessary repairs was like pulling teeth, specifically because of Robert LaFosse and his lack of managerial experience. Excessive water damage was caused by Trout in the attic, which required the entire ceiling to be repaired/repainted. The public deserves to know the reputation of this company, the hassle they will cause you, and the stress they will bring to your life by refusing to own/repair their mistakes.
