PLEASE read this before you use this company. The single worst experience I've ever had as an adult. I've never left a review in my life, but I hope no one ever has to deal with what I did. A SINGLE tech was sent to my house after I got off work (nights) to remove my last one, and install a 250 pound Furnace in my attic. I'm already thinking what...? How is this dude fixing to do this alone? On the way down with the heavy original my attic door was completely destroyed and no longer closes, my wall was scraped all over the place and needs to be re-painted, all the while the poor guy is trying to do it alone. I'm asking him, there's no way in hell you're actually doing this on your own?? He says well no brain should be soon a few times so I'm like wtf I hope so. So of course, now he has to put the new one in and I'm not gonna watch more stuff get destroyed so I have to help him with ZERO energy after being awake for at this point 15 plus hours I'm trying to help lift over my head a 250 pound furnace, that I paid TWENT FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500) for someone else to do. WE get it up there and then of course I have to help also set it in place between the intake and the ac coils and hold it in place at the right spots and such. After it's finally all in place, I'm told that oh.. your vent piping needs to be changed from a 3 to a 4 inch and we're not doing that you need to find a roofer to do that for you buddy. A roofer. A few months after the biggest hurricane in history, to come drill a one inch bigger hole for a vent. Never once thought to mention to have that done before it comes time I'm without a furnace in the coldest months of the year because it can't be ran without vent piping.
After all of this, and me basically doing a quarter of the work of installing my own furnace, comes to time to pay and of course still FULL price. With a destroyed attic door, a wall that needs re painting and sheet rock to be fixed, and enough man hours of my own put in helping to basically be paid for the job, time to fork up full price. With the job UNFINISHED BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO CUT A BIGGER HOLE FOR VENT PIPING. I stayed in my house for a month with some days in the 30's freezing my ass off with no heater. He later said he was willing to do it but I called another AC company and paid them $400 to do the vent piping and the vent because I never wanted these people in my house again if that tell you anything. I literally could not believe what was happening as this entire thing unfolded and then was still told I need to pay the entire price with an unfinished job. I wish I was exaggerating and I know they'll comment under this trying to discredit me, but it was actually mind blowing and I've only now brought myself to post this because I didn't want to I like to see the best in people and I know they make mistakes. But sitting here with $3,000 spent and a broken attic door and busted up wall and having done half the work, I don't want this to happen to others. If I can figure out how to post a picture with this I'll show my wall and attic door. By the way this review doesn't show up for anyone else on google only on mine. Hmmm. read more
