Dr. Fasulo is one of the best chiropractors I've ever seen in my life. She is excellent at her profession

never saw Dr, Fasulo who I was told I would see. They passed me onto her young associate. She never introduced herself to me or told me that the drop table was not functional. She pulled out this activation device, never explained what it was, what she was going to do with it and where, She never properly addressed my back issues or my TMJ or Bell's Palsy, The first time she used it on my back, I screamed in pain and told her to stop. She continued. She pulled up my legs and told me to resist, but I started to scream because I was getting Charlie Horses in both legs. She tells me to drink more water, I drink 80 oz a day already. She used it on the base of my neck, too. She does not listen and ignored my plead to stop. To adjust my neck, she pulled up on my neck, I thought she was going take it off. Now, I have to go back to physical Therapy to fix the facts she caused the burning and coldness to in my back and legs and feet, which my therapist had completely gotten rid of to start up again from the pinched nerves and benign lipoma that is between the last bones of my back. As I type this, my feet are burning. I found a new chiropractor and he said she never adjusted me properly; my hips were out of alignment. One leg was shorter than the other and my left foot was pointing too much to the left. He told me she should never have used that device on me. I clearly was not a candidate for it. He has it too, but does what the patient wants, and she should have told me that the table was not functional. I can only tolerate an actual, functional drop table and be manually adjusted by the chiropractor. Needless to say, I am not happy that I have to start all over again. This never should have happened. Unacceptable. Do no harm and a doctor is supposed to listen to the patient. She was right, she is the chiropractor for me. If you choose to go there, make sure your requirements are known and ask if the adjustment table is functional and what your options of treatment are. For her associate? If I could, I would give her negative stars, I would. Maybe she is too young, but she needs to do better or maybe needs more training. I don't know. But she needs to listen and explain things much better. read more

I WANT TO ADD A 2ND UPDATED REVIEW TO MY PREVIOUS I STAR COMPLAINT OF 4/8/2020. DR. FASULO responded kindly to my complaint and refunded my 85.00 DOLLARS. She explained she did not feel my medical issues were in the scope of her practice. I appreciated greatly, the refund and explanation of what occurred, during my last visit. I feel the situation could have been handled better - with more sensitivity to my feelings at the time. However - I give Dr. Fasulo credit for her current understanding - efforts to repair what occurred. Many doctors will never admit they made a mistake. It is a mark of character and integrity, that Dr. Fasulo listened to my concerns and took action to make amends. Joanna is fantastic. She's caring in addition to being a great practitioner. I had severe, dibilitating facial pain for six months. I treated with a neurologist, several dentists and several oral surgeons from June- - December with no relief. After my first visit with Joanna, I finally had some relief from the pain. Went to Fasulo Chiropractic after an auto accident in January of 2011. After being cared for by Dr. Fasulo and her staff, I felt better than I did before I had the accident. She didn't just fix my aches and pains, I felt better overall from head to toe, with more energy. I saw her a few months ago for a pinched nerve that was making me crazy, (which she fixed) and am now seeing her once a month just to take better care of myself. Her rates are totally reasonable.
