When this company first launched, their cookies were absolutely incredible--hands down the BEST I'd ever tasted. I meant it when I said 10,000/10! Unfortunately, they're just not the same anymore. After a couple of years, we decided to order again, and the difference was heartbreaking--especially for the price ($80!). The storefront is very hidden. There's no sign but it's in a big white building. They have a variety of cookies available to buy in store- they are made fresh and you can ask them to warm it up. We got the party animal- which was an almond sugar cookie with vanilla frosting and animal cracker on top. We also got the imposter- which was chocolate chip with coconut. The cookies were really good! Super thick cookie. It has the consistency similar to cookie dough. Very moist inside. The imposter has a lot of chocolate chips in it which makes it super gooey especially when warmed up. You can also order these cookies online. I live in Texas and it's HOT, however Fat an weird being based in Florida you'd think they'd have a better system during summer for shipping, especially knowing it takes days to get to people and not everyone is home 24/7. 2. I can't tell you how long I have passed by this place, thinking it was just a warehouse that baked and supplied cookies for grocery stores. While the cookie is good; their customer service is non-existent. I pity the person who has issues with an order, because they really do not care about you. Up until today, I frequently ordered from them. When I received the shipping information on my last order, I noticed it is not what I ordered. When I presented my confirmation receipt to the company (btw, I ordered from their website through a Facebook link), I was told that is not what is not the website today and I was given a link. It appears the 4-pack was changed from what I ordered and that is all I received from the company. So, I am getting cookies I did not want, but they don't care. BTW. they never offer refunds even when it is their mistake. Also, do not be fooled with the free shipping promo. When you order they will be in another discount that amounts to a smaller cost savings and you don't have the option of changing it back. So, I did not get the cost savings I wanted, and it was the original reason I clicked on the deal. Like a bait and switch situation.
