It wasn't busy at all, so this was not an instance of falling short while trying to meet the demand of a lunch or dinner rush. That would've been more understandable. How do you serve cold food then go MIA as a server when there's barely anyone there? How do you manage tables when you're actually busy? Even so, the seasoning helped make up for it. The brisket was sliced very thin and came from the point, so there wasn't an option for the fattier brisket that I personally prefer. That said, it was still very good. The mustard greens were cooked with plenty of hot sauce, and I thought they were fantastic. I also ordered an Old Fashioned, but it had so much orange pulp from the muddled orange slice that it was difficult to drink. There were a few signs that not everything is made from scratch, but the food was genuinely good overall. Despite the long wait, I'd definitely come back.
