This place has a great atmosphere but there are a few flaws. Only one person was working the front so our food sat in the window for a bit while she was still taking everyone's orders and making their drinks. Went to The Bird & Brew because we were hungry, needed something quick, and it was close by. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The menu was confusing with multiple pages that didn't really flow together. There were three of us, and after taking the first two orders, the server came to the third person and actually asked if they wanted to order. I ordered a Coke and never got it. We ended up eating at the bar. There were plenty of employees working, but service was still lacking. A margarita was ordered, and it took three different people trying to make it. We ordered the Coastal, the Fit, and the Northwest, and the eggs in one of the dishes were undercooked. The location is nice, and the setup has potential, but this visit was not good. The only thing everybody agreed on was that the shots were good. Based on this experience, I can't recommend The Bird & Brew. read more

Great Dessert options! This is my third visit to Bird & Brew and I have been happy with my food and coffee selections each time. Tonight I popped in for a nice piece of chocolate cake. I have tried most the local chocolate cake selection and this is a strong contender - very moist and not overly sweet. It was a generous slice of cake. What a treat! We tried this place for the first time for breakfast and really liked the food and service. I tried their avocado toast and a side of biscuit while husband tried their omelette. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The ambiance is nice and you place your order and then they bring it to you. We would be back to try other things on the menu. read more

Terrible service and attitudes from all. We asked for a water up with lid for our toddler and were met with five argumentative employees - one trying to charge $3.77 for a CUP. Asked for four different things on the menu and the cashier just said, "we're out." Food was flavorless. Salt only comes from their nasty attitudes I suppose. read more

Food was great, service needs some upgrading. First time we went, they ran out of fountain drink and gave me a can soda, nobody ever changed it out (watched the front desk kid play on his phone instead). Got order wrong, I got my food on-time wife had to wait. Went this morning, my wife got her food, 10 minutes later I got mine. Lattes came after we were finished eating.
