Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 Italian subs. Pizzas were maybe the worst pizzas I've ever got in Lancaster. They were barely sliced, seemed like they were sitting for a while and just a different taste what I've had in the past from there. This is hands down my favorite pizza I've ever had anywhere on God's green earth. In Lancaster Ohio. Weird. The sauce is sweet and so it's probably not for everyone, but ohh man do I love it. It's such a unique flavor, I've never found anything similar. The dough is perfect for the sweet sauce and has gentle bubbles throughout so if you accidentally pull off all your toppings, you're left with a doughy, sweet, chewy, delicious... sorry stared to drool. I live in San Diego now, but was born and raised in Lancaster. It was a kind of a tradition for my family to sit down on Sunday nights and eat a Fat Cat's pizza while watching a movie. And with all of the pizza joints I've been to, nothing can compare to a Fat Cat's pizza. They are definitely one of a kind! They are very generous with the sauce, and always the perfect amount of cheese and a good proportion of pepperoni. I've never had a Fat Cat pizza that I was disappointed with. They have expanded their store locations since I was a child, making delivery available pretty much everywhere in Lancaster. The salads and subs are also excellent. I only visit home about once a year now, but whenever I do, I never leave without having some of my favorite pizza of all time. read more

Fat Cat Pizza offers a pizza on the sweeter side of things. There is no bite whatsoever to the sauce and it isn't herbed up to give it that earthy flavor. It's a thin-crust pizza that is moist and coated with a hefty portion of their sweet sauce, which I'm actually a pretty big fan of. My one complaint is that they slip use those large, thin deli-sliced pepperonis and slip them under the cheese, which as you know can result in pulling all the toppings off in a single bite. This is forgivable though because even when it happens, a toppingless piece of their pizza is still a good crust cover in their awesome sauce, so you can't really lose. Yesterday I tried their garlic sticks for the first time and I'm wondering why I didn't try them sooner. They are HUGE, extremely fluffy and they are served with that delicious sauce of theirs. I haven't tried any of the other non-chain restaurants in Lancaster so I can't compare them to their local competitors, but I can say that I'm a big fan of the place and it's well worth the half-hour drive from where I live for a Fat Cat pizza from time to time. read more

First time! Gonna make me into a fat cat! First time I went here this past weekend, and I gotta say it was pretty good for a local pizza joint. I ordered wings as an appetizer (BBQ) and a large pizza to share with the family. Wings were actually pretty delicious - and so was the pizza! The sausage on the pizza was kind of meh, but everything else was pretty tasty. I have to comment on the decor: It looked like the Hobby Lobby signs section was thrown up all over the walls. I get it - it is a small town pizza place that needs to have decorum on the walls. Besides the signs, the pizza was good. Our waitress was very nice and helpful! I give this 4/5 stars. read more

We were treated poorly! We sat at a table for about 5 minutes waiting to be served. Then, another group came in. Mind you, there was only a small family currently eating in the entire place. This place is a joke. You spend tons of money on pizza that is never right. I pay extra for extra toppings on my food all the time and never get it. I was suppose to have a credit for my last order and I called in to order and she says well the credit isn't on there so I have to call the manager that gave it to you but if she doesn't answer there is. I thing I can do about it. She said I would have to wait until tomorrow to order so she could find out if the other manager really gave me a credit. Like really why would I lie about a credit that wasn't even going to cover my order for this food. I spent almost $30 on subs and they messed up our order and my husbands subs wasn't even cooked all the way. This place is so shitty ran. **FAT CAT PARTY ROOM IS A SCAM ** Our family tried too have my nieces 1st Birthday party @ Fat Cat. We ordered the "party room" and had approximately 30 to 40 people! When ordering the room, nobody told us that there were any restrictions on the party! Once we got the room set up on party day and got all of the guest there, Fat Cat's would not allow us to purchase their famous "Party Pizza"! They stated that it would be a LIABILITY! They only allowed us 1 pitcher of pop, the rest had too be purchased! Pitchers of pop were $5 each! They charged a $50 deposit, which is too come off the balance @ end of night! I inquired as too how the "party pizza" w/be a liability. I was told that they are sooo big that it would be a liability, if someone was burnt!! Didn't make sense, so I inquired further! BTW..I had just purchased a party pizza from them a month ago and they tipped it sideways too get it into my vehicle! They were not worried about the liability of my being burnt @ that time, just with the money!!! I explained that we had use of the entire party room and could potentially put the pizza's on floor, we could put 4 tables together, or put 2 tables together, all of these ideas were rejected!! I then suggested that I would but it @ another location and bring it too the party room, that too was not allowed per FAT CAT! I then suggested that we go to grocery store and purchase finger foods, that too was not allowed per FAT CAT!! I explained that I thought this was a scam because when we made reservations for the party room, @ no time were we informed that we could not buy the party pizza!! I was informed that @ no time can you purchase a party pizza @ FAT CAT and eat it there!!! Due to again the liability!!! HA ! LOL! I had expained that all of my previous suggestions would remove the liability from them and they would not hear of it ! After talking to the manager regarding this, a common employee, with a huge gap between her teeth, decided too emerge from the kitchen and " invite me too come outside"! I told her that whatever she had too say could be said in front of everyone! She explained further that we could not have party pizza and gave the LAME excuse of LIABILITY again! She also informed us that we could take our party somewhere else and she would NOT be giving the deposit back. This is all happened within an hour of being @ the party! She then invited me outside yet again! So @ this time, I informed this girl that we can go outside but w/not be doing much talking when we got there! Then she threatened cops!! WOW , after she approached me to go outside!! My sister in laws father had spoken with the manager asked her for the owners #, and don't you know they gave him the number for the same place that we were standing in! How rude was that too do to a man that was obviously your elder and showing you nothing but respect up too this point! Rather than deal with this LUDACRIS place any longer, we called DONATO"S on Fair ! They had 2 parties going on @ that time and both of there party rooms were full. After explaining our situation, they said that they could still accomodate us! The patio was ours and they also extended the back half of the inside too us also. They have NO CHARGE for the party rooms! The pitchers of pop were only $1.98 VS the five dollars that the other place charged!! We ordered 9 pizzas (large) @ Donato's and our bill was still cheaper by $50 than it was going to be @ Fat Cat for only 5 pizzas!! THANK YOU DONATO'S !! **FAT CAT YOU SUCK** You are a LOCAL business that after being in Lancaster long enough and have obviously made enough money off of your LOCAL customers that you were able too move too a brand new building! This is the Thank You that you give too your local customers, running a scam for the party room!!! I am willing too pay the $40 it cost to take them too small claims, ( on principal alone) just to get the $50 deposit back!! I told my brother and his wife that if they would walk out and move the party to the Very Accomodating Donato's, I would pay the $50 deposit for him! That was the best $50 I ever lost!!! Fat Cat Pizza has pretty good pizza (probably on my top 5 list of pizzas). This place is GREAT for parties if you are ordering pizza. They have a huge party pizza that many people can share. I recommend this place to anyone who likes pizza. read more

Servers couldn't get order right. When it did arrive the taco meat was scooped right out of the frig, loaded down with way too much cheese, (to hide that awful looking processed hamburger crumble mystery meat complete with fillers, the salsa was semi frozen in plastic cups. When returning the 2nd salad the waitress never apologized or returned to the table. Never refilled drink, only get one fork (so hang onto the one you get), no plates to eat off of with pizza, so belly up to the pie pan. Won't be returning.
