Fat Dogs has a nice setup inside and they offer a wide selection of products. The store itself looks clean and organized, and there are plenty of options to choose from. That said, my customer service experience was uncomfortable. As an African American woman, I did not feel welcomed. The employee who helped me did not greet me when she turned around. She immediately started ringing me up without saying hello. She also did not hand me my bag. I had to reach over the counter to grab it myself. Small actions matter. A greeting and basic courtesy go a long way. I hope management works on improving the customer experience so everyone feels acknowledged and respected when they walk in. read more

As a previous review stated, Fat Dogs has clean restrooms, and a pretty robust liquor section. I bought several 20 ounce pop bottles and 2 small bottles of whiskey (not top shelf) but one was Bulleit brand, and paid about $20. To my surprise, everything on my receipt was discounted! The woman at the register was super nice. It was a random stop for us while passing through, but a nice place to browse, shop, and walk our dogs too. The shirt and souvenir section also had some good variety of items. Now I wish I would have bought a "You are nowhere" shirt, for fun! read more

My husband and I had to find a quick truck stop to rest. The customer service was great! The showers were supper hot with towels and plenty of trucker amenities to choose from! We were easily able to park and walmart was walking distance as well as 3 or 4 different restaurants, more gas stations and a gym! read more

Clean Bathrooms. Large market. Plenty of food and drinks. Plenty of pumps and multiple choices for food nearby.

They have clean bathrooms, very nice staff, liquor, and a great selection of hot foods.

Actual gas price was 30 cents over the advertised price. Attendant said advertised price was available on 3 pumps. I checked and it was only available on one pump that was out of order. They will be reported to relevant Nebraska consumer protection authority when we get home. read more

Confusing and even somewhat miss-leading gas prices. Some pumps pre pay others not some have the advertised price but others do not. I will not stop here again when we travel through. read more

This owner has been sued for deceptive pricing. Advertised priced is supposedly available at at least one pump. Others are 40 cents more.
