I travelled from Denver to Wood River to buy a truck I had been looking to purchase for months. But between unfair prices, vehicle history, vehicle condition and less than scrupulous sales people I was having a difficult time of it. Aaron was a pleasure to do business with and although I bought the truck and a mechanical problem was discovered when I got back home, Aaron made it right. He refunded my money and arranged to retrieve the truck from me. I wish I could give 5 stars plus, plus to this dealership because they hit all the marks. Honest, trustworthy, pleasant,etc. You can deal with J & B knowing what they say is what they mean. I don't think I would have enjoyed the same happy ending dealing with the car sharks in Denver. Spinning off I-80 about a week ago after hitting black ice in my Yukon, I hunkered down in the…read morelocal Rodeway Inn, where I was well treated. My car nearly went across the medium into oncoming traffic so I was lucky to not be harmed nor hurt others. I was stuttering from the shock when I called around 10 AM to ask if they allowed dogs. Yes, they do. So there I went to rest for a night and to have my car checked as I slid sideways for quite a distance. I took my car to Licky's (most car places shut at noon on Friday for the entire weekend) to have it checked and the alignment redone. They were great -- refused even a tip for keeping open past their closing time. I managed to at least pay for one guy's lunch in thanks. I was even given a discounted rate, with a coupon. Can't recommend them highly enough. I was a vulnerable little old lady (well, I can give that appearance)... and they were kind. Feel free to patronize this place. They were fully professional.

Larry (and his wife Michelle) were a GOD SEND! I was in a bad spot hauling an RV- my engine…read morecompletely melted. They were recommended to me by a local and I am so grateful I ended up here! Let me start off by saying, I am a young woman and people try to take advantage of my naive looking face but larry and michelle didnt, even when it wouldve been so easy to. I strolled up to the shop at the end of the evening and Larry took time to diagnose my problem, quote me and even help me find a place to stay the night, all for free. It took 3 days just to fix the problem, and he managed to find me a new transmission in the next town over, while Michelle worked hard to deal with my sh*tty warranty company. To make a long story short, they fixed my problem AND managed to get the company to cover it, even though it was a tough battle! I am new to the whole truck-owner thing, and I felt very well taken care of. He explained everything in detail and he really knew his stuff. (He took the truck for a diagnostic run and knew the problem 500 feet from the shop). He was very thorough with the work and you can just tell he is a great guy, and very hard working. What was great is that being stranded in a remote place like this, they really helped us not just with the car, but surviving there for days. And here is something you dont find with most mechanics: at the end of such an awful and stressful ordeal, we still keep in touch like ol' friends. Moral of the story: LARRY'S SERVICE CENTER= HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! You will NOT regret it!! Hands down!!
