When I asked for clarification, the bouncer said it was because our friend lit a cigarette inside. I was extremely confused and asked him to check the cameras to verify the incident, but he was extremely rude and called me a "dumbass." I was completely sober and respectful during the entire interaction, yet he treated us poorly just because he was in charge that night. As a business owner, I take pride in treating my customers with absolute respect. Customers should always come first. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this review and reconsiders their choice of employees and their training. You are nothing without your customers. The bar is close to the ferry that goes to Cozumel, so you can always grab a margarita or two before heading off.
