My friends and I were kicked out of the bar and blacklisted from all other associated bars without any valid reason. When I asked for clarification, the bouncer said it was because our friend lit a cigarette inside. I was extremely confused and asked him to check the cameras to verify the incident, but he was extremely rude and called me a "dumbass." I was completely sober and respectful during the entire interaction, yet he treated us poorly just because he was in charge that night. As a business owner, I take pride in treating my customers with absolute respect. Customers should always come first. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this review and reconsiders their choice of employees and their training. You are nothing without your customers.
