Their service is OK. The store is usually low or out of what I want probably due to supply chain issues caused by the USPS/government shipping ban. Their prices are high but that's probably due to taxes. The thing that irritates me is their register is set up for tipping which I don't agree with for a store like that. Just because you grabbed a couple bottles off the shelf doesn't mean I need to be taxed for "service". Tipping drives up the price even more. I know people will say "just don't tip" but the staff is looking right at you when you pay. It's really a turn off and makes me want to find a different store. read more

Been coming here for 2 years. I never had a bad experience with the staff, selection, or anything in this store. In my opinion this is the PREMIER place to shop for vaping supplies, bar none. I have been to Sumo, Bloo Monkey, Legion, and many others around town and some outside the state and this place is used to judge all others. The place is clean, the selection is fantastic (the only times when it isn't is when they literally run our of everything... which is restocked the day after) the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the product. A new vaper or someone who is thinking about starting is not going to be intimidated into buying a portable humidifier when they first walk in. They will ask you questions, and they will recommend what they feel is the best fit for you... doesn't matter if you spend 5 bucks or 500. They got you covered. Their loyalty program is also one of the most generous I have seen, and being a regular customer it doesn't take long to rack up those points. It is my opinion that Fatboy is just another store looking to make money off of the electronic cigarette industry. Often times I experience poor (if any) customer service. The associates are more interested in playing with their own vaporizer set ups or watching the televisions in the store rather than assist me with building mine and/or answering my questions. When my equipment is faulty or isn't working properly, I am expected to know the answers to my own questions, and again, rather than seem helpful, the disinterested employees recommend I simply spend more money on a part that may or may not actually work. Aside from the shotty customer service, I am all together just unhappy with the devices I purchase from Fatboy, the mods are quick to fail and the juice often times tastes very bland. Back again after dropping failed unit off. They couldn't help twice now. This is my 3rd visit. They claim they can't do anything due to no manager on site. Been waiting 45 minutes. Well finally sales associate says he is authorized to refund my money. He pulls out $100 bill to offer me, my total cost $133. I ask him about the liquid refund. Said he can't do anything about that even though half the bottle was wasted all over my car cup holder. Other half was used while he attempted to get the broken unit to work. What a joke I didn't even get to use the product they sold me. The 2nd bottle was not even opened due to not even having a working unit to use it on. What a joke. Avoid this place. Now I have to return for a 4th time to make this right. Ridiculous. read more
