While I was there Deana set up all the information with Enterprise for my car rental. My part was back ordered and she called to let me know that the repairs would have to be done a few days later and she also changed the reservation for my rental. I was unable to make it to the shop before they closed and I called Deana to let her know. She told me that she would leave the keys in the car and I could just drop the check in the drop box. When I revived my car back it was detailed inside and out and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the outside to be done but not the inside. I went based solely on the price because I paid out-of-pocket and didn't opt to use insurance. The work took roughly about an hour and I drove from the Dixie all the way out to La Grange without a single wind complaint. Seems like they did a pretty good job and if the need arose I would definitely go back again. There was a bit of a snafu--I scheduled to come but their delivery person never brought the glass to be installed. Luckily, there were two ladies at the front desk and one went and picked it up. Probably worked out in my favor because the one scheduled to come wasn't the correct one as I didn't mention my car has lane keep assist. This would've been a five-star experience if my new windshield would've been waiting for me. Oh well, accidents happen, and the front desk was very polite about the accident. While I was there two people did come in needing things corrected on their cars so it looks like sometimes things happen during install. I get it though, they do the same job over and over but never drive the car that the windshield goes in so they don't see the mistakes. They fix all of these for free of course, it's just the hassle of having to go back if necessary.
