Our animal charity's 15-passenger van is very low-mileage for its age, but sets outside during the winter and had gotten rusty in spots --- some badly. Another bodyshop had done some shoddy work (the rust came right back and the paint didn't match), but Myo at Super Shine fixed everything properly and matched the van's paint color perfectly; you cannot tell where the damage had been. He found rust I didn't even know I had and kept me updated every step of the way with photos. He told me that the photos would make me feel like I was there every day...and they certainly did. Knowing where things stood allowed me to sleep better at night, as I had an immediate sense that my vehicle was in good hands. His shop is well organized and spotless, which speaks to his attention to detail and his sensitivity to customers' perceptions. I've had a ton of bodywork done over the years, and have even done some myself, so I had the usual concerns about the quality of the work I'd get, the color match of the paint and whether everything would turn out smooth or have dust bumps and orange peel. I needn't have worried, as Myo did a simply fantastic job. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was delayed a couple days in picking the van up, so Myo washed it again so it would be clean for me when I came to get it. Myo's wife and children were there and I got an immediate vibe that Myo and his family were, as my father would say, "good people." I was right. In this day and age of too many people giving shoddy service, doing shoddy work and not living up to their promises, Myo and his wife are a breath of fresh air. Myo has a lot of years of experience, which shows in his level of knowledge. But he also has a customer-centric, Golden Rule attitude that is all too rare in today's world. He did more than he said he would, yet didn't charge us any more than the original estimate. As far as I'm concerned, Myo is now my go-to bodywork provider.
