Once we signed the contract, our project was moved up a few weeks which was awesome. All the onsite workers were awesome, hardworking, and professional. Taylor our lead was always available for questions when we had them and even made a few adjustments when we asked and they were done without one bit of pushback from the team. We had to have the stump ground due to being more exposed than expected once the work started and they coordinated with a company that did it at a very reasonable rate and time that did not disrupt the workflow of the overall project. We sent pictures of the project, received a quote and scheduled the appointment for service. The crew showed up on time and prepared. Our backyard now looks amazing! This company does a very poor job. We hired them to do lawn care for our subdivision. They did a…read morehorrible job. Instead of carrying leaves away, they blew them to the back of the cup de sac. Hundreds of pounds of leaves collected there before we noticed it. They also did an incomplete job cutting the grass and trimming hedges in the common areas. No weeding in the flower beds of our neighborhood entrance. The list goes on. There was also a theft of some property in our neighborhood. Video cameras captured the perpetrators who resembled employees of Precision. The victim called to complain and never got a call back. We've fired them and moved on to a better company.
