I work for a place that has/had this company to do their "housekeeping" and "lawn service." I put those in quotations because, this company doesn't do what they are paid to do. They have house keeping employees who are lazy... and I'm talking they will post "bathroom closed for cleaning" signs and just hide in bathroom stalls. To the point where it's been two hours and employees begin to come ask management why the bathroom has been closed ALL MORNING???? Only to have management walk in and find a male employee sitting in a stall, in the WOMEN'S restroom giggling while on his phone. When asked if he's "done cleaning" the guy replies "well... no... I'm pooping." Professional, right? (Insert eyeroll here) They have a house keeper who does not speak any English... and when we've had SPANISH speaking (fluently bilingual) people translate / speak to her... she still acts confused. She always walks over to certain employees and gives off a laundry list of areas she claims she's cleaned, yet... view the pics in this review... if that is clean... well... eating off a muddy Tijuana bathroom floor is completely Sanitary! Their landscapers have been found sleeping in their trucks after checking in saying they will be starting their job ... I mean... you can't check in and tell people "we're here on your property.. we're gonna be mowing" and disappear, only to be located by security... and you're ASLEEP with your co-worker in the company truck! Snoozing away. The cleaning products they use are definitely not the quality they charge you for. Got commercial flooring? Don't worry they will clean it up with FABULOSO! Yes, Fabuloso, the bright purple floor cleaner you get at the DOLLAR STORE! Maybe if they used it as directed it wouldn't be so bad... but they don't. So, all you get is FILTHIER looking floors. ** AVOID USING THIS COMPANY
