Part of the lawn is on a very steep hillside and given the length and thickness of the grass and the incline, there was no way I was going to fix the mess with a conventional mower. Blue Cord came with their equipment and within less than an hour, they had completely reclaimed our unruly yard and made it beautiful lawn space. Their machinery handled the hill extremely well, left no footprint and turned our lawn into beautiful living space. Brad, the owner, was polite, kind and cared about his work. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the job. Blue Cord is owned by a decorated veteran. It was a pleasure hiring these folks. BCS Craftsmen My experience with the group was horrible…read more After 8 months of a bathroom remodeling that should have taken 6 to 10 weeks ("we may be faster, but we try to surprise you with good news"), the bathroom is still not finished. The whole story is a never ending list of continuous and never ending mistakes. It started out with putting down snow white carpets in the bedroom before demolition of the bathroom. It continued with incorrectly measuring the bathroom dimensions which led to delivery of incorrect cabinets and quartz pieces. It continued with breaking the mirrors and the shower door that were supposed to be recycled, and it finished with Brent Balla walking off without finishing anything because he had not quoted for the wall mirrors and the shower doors they broke and he didn't want to pay for them. His people are incompetent and he doesn't supervise, and even when he does he himself messes things up (the lamps are hung crooked; the snow white carpet didn't survive the ordeal and is grey, some of the lamps that were installed do not work; I have no clue if the plumbing is fine, because I am scared to turn on the water for fear, the ceiling below will fall down). If this isn't nightmarish, he doesn't even have the gumption to fix and finish and just walks off. Do not use him, you will regret it.
