They took the time to check the floor for level and found that the entire area was far from level. They used leveler to achieve a subfloor they could work with and the end result was fantastic. The lines were perfect. The cuts were perfect. Most of all, the layout was well thought through before the first piece was placed. The attention to detail was most impressive. We also had a good working experience with them. They were timely and did what they promised. The guys showed up early and left late to get the job completed on time. Stevens character and experience is also worth mentioning. He kept his word and was trustworthy. Also have a spot by handrail of pool that never got the finish coat . Had multiple problems with this company. The columns in front of house had to be repainted because the paint was peeling within a week. The owner threw it back on us and said the surface was chalky that's why it didn't stick! And, why didn't he treat it first?...No answer to that. He did return and paint them again. The office staff was rude and their painters were frustrated because the owner didn't order enough paint for the job. Now, we're afraid to pressure wash our house. I do not recommend this company.
