My realtor was Keith Ericson, and he was pretty good about respecting the ideas I had about the home I wanted, the neighborhood I was looking for, and the price range I believed was reasonable. He did gently nudge me to push my budget outwards a bit, but when I stood my ground, he backed off. He helped me find a great house within my budget, and paid attention to me even though I'm sure my little HUD house (less than $100,000) was not high on his list of (commision based) priorities. I even got money back when I closed! His service was so good that I sent him an email a few weeks ago asking a question about a legal technicality I hoped to straighten out. I expected him to continue the level of customer service I'd grown to expect from him. I didn't hear back from him, though...so I guess the relationship ended when the transaction closed. I even sent him a stupid wine basket to thank him for his service! Boo! Overall, though, Wilkinson and Associates met my needs as a first-time home buyer, and Keith was patient with my anxiety and my million stupid questions. Joe recently came to survey my property so that I could be sure of my boundary lines. When I…read morepurchased my house, there was an old post and rail fence that was falling down and I was skeptical of my actual property lines typically indicated by the placement of fencing. I'm glad I had this done as my lot is considerably larger than what the old fence led one to believe. Joe's communication, handled by his wife, was thorough and timely. He arrived on the day we agreed upon and was actually a few hours early. He and his partner (David?) went about surveying the property in a systematic, efficient manner. Very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He marked all the corners and added additional stakes along the lines. Several of my neighbors came over to see what was happening and took one of his card to potentially get their lots surveyed as well. He said I would get a map of the survey in 4-5 days and I had it the very next morning! I highly recommend Joe for your survey work. You can't go wrong with his services!
