Our carpets were a mess. 3 senior pets had left terrible stains I thought would never come up and the smell was awful. Honestly, wasn't expecting much. Well! They got almost all the stains, moved furniture and replaced. 2 big rooms and hallway took about an hour. Smells so fresh. Reasonable pricing. No upselling or hidden charges. Very upfront. Will definitely use again.

After a couple call backs we just wanted the light removed and our money back. Since then, I they keep saying they left a messages for the owner of the local franchise and he should get back to me. He never does. It has been a year and I cannot get my $700 back from our return. And they will not even talk to me. I would leave a negative number of stars if I could. They do not stand by their products or quallity of work. The dust they spread thru out the house because of not covering up the vents as well as they should have was bad as well.
